This machine makes diamonds sparkle like they just came from the jeweler. Did a decent job on my gold chain, but still needed to be polished afterward. It doesnt really clean silver at all. Gets the stuff out of the chain, but does not bring back that new polished silver look. You still have to clean it with silver cleaner. OK for the money.

I like the fact I can clean my jewelry with tap water and dish soap and not having to use chemical. There is hardly any noise and very easy to use.

Cleans well but do not expect anything incredible. Better off taking to a jewelry store.

This device does an excellent job of cleaning jewelry and small parts include glasses, which is a large enough to accommodate. It is also very quick and results are dramatic

This machine does the job it is designed for and does it extremely well. However, it is too big and clumsy for my liking. Filling and emptying are not ideal, in my opinion. It takes up a large footprint on the countertop and in storage. I like to clean my glasses quite often, so it is rarely put away. I do like to use it for other items, like my jewelry. It works great! Ive been very happy with the cleaning results so far. I recommend if you have the space for it.
