Manhattan Toy Skwish Natural Rattle and Teether Grasping Activity Toy

I don’t do reviews but this one feels important. We’ve had this toy for 2 days. Day 1 was great, my baby is 4 months old and grabs this toy easily. It kept him entertained. Loved it. But now, day 2... it chipped and splintered. Considering my baby has been grabbing this and putting it directly in his mouth, this is incredibly unsafe. Very disappointed because aside from the chipping, this toy would be amazing.

I really like the design look of this toy. My kids have had no problems holding it, it is outstanding in that regard. And because of its beauty, it looks perfectly in place in adult spaces. My infants have not spent much time with it though and Ive kept it with each of our 3 (now 4 daughters). I would say with this one that it is important to put it totally away after each baby, because it didnt seem to stand up to rough housing toddlers or inquisitive older kids. I hoped to continue to pass it to each of my kids and then grandkids, as it is a beautiful toy, but the kids managed to completely mangle it and I couldnt get it to return shape, so I trashed it. Still, I would say it would be a good gift for in the moment. It is beautiful, and humans of all ages seem to enjoy looking at it at least.

Didnt know if my 10mo would be interested in it but she loves it! Shes already chucked it many times and its held up pretty well. And I havent noticed a smell like a few reviews stated. Great product

I love this toy. And so does my baby! We try to get only wood toys and this one really is a favorite. It is fun to smush and have it pop right back up. The wood beads that jangle and move are so nice. Proud piece of our wood toy collection!

I give this as a gift to all of the new parents and babies in my life. My five month old niece absolutely LOVES this toy and plays with it all by her self. The sound is very gentle and calming and the flexibility makes it really fun and safe to play with. Because it is so light and easy to grasp she loves picking it up, shaking it, throwing it, ect. all without an adults help.

Bought this for my five month old son. Its not only beautiful, but also makes a lovely sound as a rattle. My son loves the toy and its perfect for teething. The only slight negative is that its quite big, so he hits his face with it from time to time. We would love it if there were a smaller version so that we could bring it out with us! I have a couple of other toys from Manhattan Toy and they are of excellent quality

more of a rattle than teether. you can allow your kid to put anything in its mouth and call it a teether.
