Quality game. I love racing online.

Bought for my son, but as a 47 year-old MK fan I just love this too. The attention to detail is staggering, showing minute detail in the graphics as well as in the game-play. The slow-motion rewind of the last race is just so much fun - enjoying the whole race again at a different speed and point of view. Plenty more to unlock and play, but for anyone who has ever played MK before and enjoyed it, you just have to get this. And dont be put off by a 47 year-olds review - I get beaten every time by my kids who love this even more than I do. Nintendo at its best.

My child aged 9 loves this. I have to convince my inner child to see it as better than sonic all star racing (transformed). Its certainly easier on the eye and easier to play. Graphics good. Will take it online to play soon when we are a little more skilled. Update : online play is great and free, unlike other consoles. It was easy to set up and my 9 year old and.friends enjoy the challenge. There seems however, no.challenge in racing the game offline. The doesnt appear to be a difficulty setting. I confess we didnt look for one. However overall this is a very good game where racing to the lead may not win the race as you will.get blasted off track in the dying moments of a race.

One of the greatest games for the Wii U. Online play is just amazing with no lag at all, even though Im playing global games.

Ive loved Mario Kart since the N64 days and played every iteration since then. This game is beautiful, inventive, familiar and fun. Playing with headphones made me really appreciate the incredible in-race music. I got this to enjoy with my wee boy who is 3. He struggles to play it himself but is really taken with the fun and track environments. This is a real thing of beauty and I love it.

Fun, fun, fun. Addictive, innovative, challenging and lots of laughs for the whole family.

Its an amazing game, but I dont know why sometimes it freezes, but overall its a nice gaming my two kids 12 and 6 years old enjoys it
