I ordered two towel rings for our master bathroom. Both of them were easy to install especially since a template was provided. I agree with the below response, it would help if the screw can be tightened with the short side of the allen wrench. Its difficult to get the correct amount of torque to screw in the mount quickly. Ive received several compliments on the towel rings so far.
