OK, its not very hard to install at all, except that the tiny Allen wrench is hard to manipulate because youre always going to be working against the wall on which you just mounted the towel ring. So instead of the business end of the wrench being on the long part of the L, it should be on the short part, so you could hang on to the long part and get better control and leverage, with less chance of dropping the wrench as you try to tighten the tiny set screw. I do appreciate that the box included a ready-made template for marking where to drill the holes -- nice touch! The towel ring itself is very nice and I am glad I purchased it.

I added three of these to my three bathrooms. Very easy to install. The ring holds position when I angle it away from the wall. The matte black looks great and matches my other fixtures.

Nice look to the bathroom remodel I did.

The instructions were great. Once I gathered all the tools needed, I was able to install it in less than 10 minutes. Looks great in my bathroom and feels very sturdy. I plan on purchasing again for my master bathroom.
