These were on sale and I have purchased 4. The wall plate attachment is a little small compared to old ones but works fine. All needed hardware is provided. Swivel action of the ring works easily and the finish looks nice. Not sure of longevity but for less than $13 each they should last.

There is a detailing where the ring meets the mounting piece that is shiny and a different shade of black. It is not in any of the photos, but it really stands out.
