Marshall Acton III Bluetooth Home Speaker, Black

For a relatively compact speaker, the sound quality of this unit is excellent. It connected almost seamlessly with my phone via Bluetooth, and also with my computer. Its size is small enough that it can be placed almost anywhere, and its attractive enough that you neednt worry about where you put it.

I really like this speaker design and sound wise. Still you definitely are buy in my for style. You can get better sounding speakers for the price and it has a couple negatives, It doesnt have a battery making it more likely to be used as a sound bar or hooked to a turntable yet the aux port is on the top rather than the back. In addition there are other Marshall speakers (some of which are discounted yet nearly identical older models) that are a far better value. Could see getting a Stanmore II which is bigger and better sounding or the nearly identical sized Kilburn than offers the convenience of battery power when you need. The moral of the story is that if you like the way Marshall speakers look there are lots of options.

Marshall is a British company that designs and manufactures music amplifiers, speaker cabinets, brands personal headphones and earphones, drums and bongos. With 60 years of history in high-fidelity sound equipment design and manufacturing, you would expect this speaker to sound amazing. And it does! Marshalls multi-directional sound technology is really cool. The speaker provides excellent 360-degree sound, regardless of the speakers placement. It is loud, clear, deep, and strong. The box is made out of soft rubberized material, it is solid and tight as a box in a Marshall concert stack, it just tells you in every way your got a professional grade product! This is a little brother to the bigger version of this speaker you see on the pictures. They pair for a full stereo sound system and sound amazing together! Marshall shows amazing attention to detail and top quality in everything they did, everything you see and touch, even the packaging and the wrapping is just done to the level youd expect form this company. Definitely 5 star product, in every way!

Highest quality I’ve ever seen. And I’m picky. Design and build, materials, and sound reproduction are amazing. This is the way all speakers should be designed. Flawless set up and superb sound. Everything is intuitive and/or automatic. Never heard such sound fidelity in a compact design. Beautifully crafted and executed! Bravo, team!

This may be my very favorite find off of Amazon in the last decade that Ive been ordering. I love this speaker so much!! Ive always loved music, especially live music and its a little embarrassing to admit but I used to be somewhat of a groupie I guess you could say. But the greatest musicians Ive seen over the years- whether at a church, a bar or pub, or arena all had something in common and that was Marshall amps. This has that awesome iconic look. Its definitely the best looking Bluetooth speaker Ive ever seen. And its heavier than any of my previous ones too. It has a little weight to it and doesnt feel cheap at all. During college I also sold home audio equipment for a big box store that has since gone out of business. We sold Bose, Onkyo, Harman Kardon- some nice brands with good clean sound. But I LOVE the sound quality that this speaker delivers. You can independently control the bass and treble and it has enough bass for me! Its boomy enough without sacrificing clarity. It has the best range in my opinion for the sound that I love. Ive never experienced it in such a small package before without a separate subwoofer. This is amazing and sounds as great as it looks. I wanted to post a video of the sound but my camera turns my audio off every time I try to video. Ill attempt to get one uploaded soon though because you have to hear it to believe it. It paired very quickly and easily for me. Theres a separate app that I pictured that you can download to adjust the settings without having to turn the knobs on the speaker. Its very convenient. Im pretty frugal so the price is the only thing that I dont love. But you get what you pay for, and I actually think this is worth the price. The quality is incredible. I love it so much and 11/10 recommend! The best looking and best sounding in my opinion!!

For something about the size of a standard tissue box, this puts out awesome sound. You have to download the Marshall Bluetooth app to find it, which I wasnt thrilled about...but it does give some extra features and the app was available for my android phone as well as the chromebook I use in the wood shop, so Ive been able to use the speaker with everything I needed to. Now the sound: Hands down the best bluetooth speaker Ive used. Great quality, bass to rival a much larger system and it cranks loud enough to hear it over a table saw and shop vac running at the same time.

The best bluetooth speaker i have ever heard. Looks just like Marshall speaker. Runs from app you download from the app store. The sound is amazing. I would have never imagined that much sound could come from such a small speaker. It packs a punch. Very impressed.
