Greater than one weekThis is a great looking backpack and i love how it looks. it mostly seems well made, the exception has been the zippers. it is also much smaller that i thought it would be. i was hoping to be able to use it for travel, but there is basically room for a laptop and some papers/cables inside, but nothing else. if this was a 40$ bag, i would have just shrugged it off and said you get what you pay for, but for 125$ i would have expected this to last me for 2 - 3 years, not 2 months...

Pros It looks nice The front pockets are helpful to sort stuff and keep things a bit organized. Cons Its way too heavy Not spacious at all, only able to put a laptop and a book and few other things. Velcro inside that holds laptop ripped apart. Do not recommend it

The new leather backpack has a vintage look, whose color may get different when you scratch over the surface, but you can remove the "scratches" with eraser easily. As time goes by, the raw texture will be worn slowly and the leather looks brighter and seems newer.
Maintenance:
Due to the special feature of crazy horse leather, we suggest to wear dark clothes in the first month to avoid leather dye transfer to stain garment. But this won"t be a problem after one month.
You can use a leather cleaner/conditioner on the bag. It does take off the loose dye and really makes the bag look and feel great.
