My only qualm is I thought the big double-looped top handle with snaps looked dorky; after mulling it over for a couple days I decided to cut it off and I think it looks much better without that sticking off the top. Makes access easier too. Though thats just my taste, not a reflection of the product quality.

Crazy horse leather processing can mainly keep the unique natural texture of cowhide leather. The new leather backpack has a vintage look, whose color may get different when you scratch over the surface, but you can remove the "scratches" with eraser easily. As time goes by, the raw texture will be worn slowly and the leather looks brighter and seems newer.
Maintenance:
Due to the special feature of crazy horse leather, we suggest to wear dark clothes in the first month to avoid leather dye transfer to stain garment. But this won"t be a problem after one month.
You can use a leather cleaner/conditioner on the bag. It does take off the loose dye and really makes the bag look and feel great.
