It is the perfect size for sliding under the seat for airline travel. Its just large enough for all the necessities too. A great investment for me. The picture does not do the backpack justice. Crazy horse leather processing can mainly keep the unique natural texture of cowhide leather. The new leather backpack has a vintage look, whose color may get different when you scratch over the surface, but you can remove the "scratches" with eraser easily. As time goes by, the raw texture will be worn slowly and the leather looks brighter and seems newer.
Maintenance:
Due to the special feature of crazy horse leather, we suggest to wear dark clothes in the first month to avoid leather dye transfer to stain garment. But this won"t be a problem after one month.
You can use a leather cleaner/conditioner on the bag. It does take off the loose dye and really makes the bag look and feel great.
