Mattress Bags for Moving or Storage – 6 Mil Reusable Plastic Cover, Tear and Puncture Resistant, Non-Slip Grip, Extra Thick Queen Size Bag – Moving Supplies

I lived on the 3rd floor apartment and wanted to try and get my queen size purple 2 down 3 flights of stairs without any damage. I bought this thinking it would be thick enough to save my mattress, but it was not. The adhesive did not stick well so I taped the entire thing with gorilla tape. If you own a Purple you know there heavy (100lbs) and flimsy. I got the mattress down the stairs by myself but the mattress got ruined on the way down. The bed bag broke down the stairs catching on a corner ripping open a corner of my bed. If you must use these, buy 2-3 of them. Or hire a moving company so you know your belongs don’t get ruined.

The mattress bags seemed super durable, tye thickness was better than I expected, HOWEVER, the closure really sucks. Why cant you put a ziplock on it instead of this substandard tape that wont stay closed?! I couldnt even get the mattress to the moving truck without it starting to come open, pretty ridiculous in my opinion. Not only that, I sat my other mattress, also in one of these bags, on a blanket to prevent it from getting dirty and in transit it came untaped, the tape got all over my nice fleece blanket and ruined it! Its like a double sided tape, you CANNOT remove it! So not only did the bag not stay shut. It ruined one of my nice blankets. Kinda pissed off to be honest.

I was pleased with both the size of the bags and their thickness. I was disappointed that the open end did not have an “inbuilt” way to close the bag ( had to use packing tape).

Lol this product is great. I made my queen size foam mattress into a suchi roll. It was a butt cheek to do by myself but it works!

Great Bag, Thick plastic and easy to use. Its on a Matress in a moving container right now being moved across the country. We will see how well it held up....

We recently moved so we got one for each mattress and box spring. The adhesive closure kept them dry from the light rain and wet leaves, and the thick plastic kept them clean as the movers slid them on the truck floor. These would also be good for beds going into storage. I would NOT recommend using these on the bedding during use in the home, but the bags heavy plastic once removed has been handy for painting drop cloths and lining shelves in the garage.

Perfect for moving. The material is very thick and the tape to seal it included is a plus. I just used it to move and it didnt break and protected my mattress 100% . Great buy!!

Excellent quality. I loved the thickness and the adhesive to close cover for added protection during move. Worth every penny!!!

Fit is slightly large but gave you enough material to grab the mattress with for maneuvering. The seal tabs opened back up very nice so it can actually be reused. The actual material is thick enough to not rip in transit.
