RECALL URGENT! I would like a full refund for this defective product. All should be recalled by consumer reports. What a surprise when the agent at Newark airport told me to sanitize my hands while waiting in line and when I touched my brand new luggage, the handle plastic melted off into my hand! Outrageous poor quality!Just bought in March! It disintegrated into a sticky black mess....SOS!

If you travel a couple of times a year, this is a great bag. If you travel several times per month, not so much. Ive had this bag for 2.5 years. About 4 months ago the frame bent on one side, but just seemed to be cosmetic. Then the reinforcement went on one long side so the contents would bold out visibly. A couple of weeks ago, the same thing happened on the other long side. Picked it up from the carousel yesterday to find the telescoping handle so bent that I couldnt pull it open so had to drag the bag with the pickup handle. I just ordered a Monos polycarbonate bag (not available on Amazon). Hoping for better luck with my new bag. Again, I travel frequently and baggage handlers are rough on bags. I have the Travelpro carryon and it is working well, but I dont check that bag or use it as frequently.

I ordered this suitcase for my son for a trip to Vietnam (and to take to college). I liked that it had only 2 wheels because from the picture the wheels looked durable. The suitcase that arrived had 4 wheels. This is not necessarily a bad thing, except that its not what I ordered. The 4 wheels are convenient for waiting in lines but not sure how they will hold up to abuse. Other than that the suitcase was very compact. And incredibly light. The larger pocket on the outside can hold a laptop. Giving it 4 stars for now because it wasnt exactly what I ordered.
