> 3 dayThe handle would not pull out or retract without MAJOR effort with both hands - ONLY AFTER I PACKED THE BAG FOR THE FIRST TIME - it worked great before it was packed. Also after 1 trip - there was quite a bit of wear on the plastic wheels. The weight & size of the bag were great & I would have loved to have had the bag fixed but had no way to contact mfg - Amazon just automatically got me a partial refund. It was on account of the return time being closed but honestly that makes no sense since there wasnt a problem until I actually packed the bag. Learned a lesson here.

> 3 dayPurchased this for a little extra traveling. It fits great in the overhead compartment of Jets and we drug it out Amtrak trips. So its light enough to fill it up and carry it on a Train.

> 3 dayLots of room, easy to handle and a good amount of pockets inside and out. I would buy it again. I used it for a three week trip (and five flights) and it held up well. Plus I was able to pack everything I needed.

> 3 dayWe bought this suitcase (the international style) as a carry on for our Europe trip when flying Ryanair for one of the legs, since it actually meets the size requirements for Ryanair carry on, unlike most US sold carry ons. It worked great for that purpose, and we have since used it a few more times as a carry on and a checked bag once when expanded.

> 3 dayI hate to even give this POS one star. Almost immediately after we starting using it on a trip, the telescoping handle broke and would not come out. It made use on the trip extremely impractical and difficult. We threw out this product in the middle of our travel and bought another case, which has continued to work properly. STAY AWAY AND DO NOT BUY THIS SUITCASE.

> 3 dayDebated the 4 swivel wheels or just 2. Went with the 2 and wish I had the 4. Lightweight and easily held the clothes for an international journey. Airline wear was not visible. Easy access to the wheels if they need to be replaced in the future. Sturdy zipper and compartments are few but useful. Would recommend, but think hard about the 4 swivel as a better option.

> 3 dayI bought this to replace an American Tourister bag that served me well for years, but had developed a problem with its telescoping handle. This bag is lighter, but seems made of heavier fabric. The wheels appear sturdier and the zippers work a little more smoothly. I took the bag on a trip recently and it served well.

> 3 dayThis carry on is super light weight and not a spinner which I despise. This is my first travel pro I used a samsonite for 10 years prior and it made about 40 flights a year. This bag is up against some serious expectations. Using it through the summer for about 4 days on the road it works perfect. It comes up on the smaller side when the clothes trend to jeans and long sleeves for after work instead of shorts and tshirts. I spent a long 3 day weekend in Palm Springs and had 2 sets of clothes for every day and was able to pack up purchase on the way back. I like the bag just may need to trend to something bigger but will be giving travel pro the opportunity to be my goto bag.

> 3 dayFeels like a quality product so far, my only complaint is the name tag slot does not have a cover so the tag could and most likely will fall out.
