> 24 hourI actually bought 4 for me and my buddies. Anyway, 1 of 4 adapters gave this shade of green hue that was totally inaccurate since the screen supposed to be blue. The blue shade showed perfectly on all 3 adapters, but the 4th worked but was somewhat defective as far as color accuracy goes. It would have seemed accurate during gameplay if I didn’t compare it to another adapter of the same one that was accurate. I will go ahead and message to seller mayflash to let them know about this. In the meantime these are way better than the wii2hdmi adapters that are selling everywhere for dirt cheap.

> 24 hourJust installed the MAYFLASH Wii to HDMI Converter today and it works perfect. Plugged it into the Wii and then plugged in an HDMI cable going to my T.V. Changed the Wii settings to 16:9 and EDTV. The games look so much better! Vibrant and bright colors and the text is easier to read. Amazon shipping was super fast. Im really happy with this purchase.

> 24 hourThere are better, more expensive ways to convert AV to HDMI if you want your video quality to be the best possible. But this is cheap, and it does its job. Very convenient since now I dont have to use outdated AV. I would recommend

> 24 hourIt’s too bad because I was hoping this would work. I have a brand new Samsung television, and even with the highest grade of HDMI cable it cut out and was unusable.

> 24 hourI don’t normally write reviews on Amazon. But this product deserves a review. The improvement of what the wii graphics looked like on my Sony hdtv before using this gizmo, and what they look like now with this gizmo, is remarkable. They are undercharging for this product IMO.

> 24 hourSeems to be pretty adequate at doing what it is supposed to do: convert the analog signal to digital. This means your TV has to do the work of taking that signal and stretching (scaling) it. Depending on the TV, this could mean the image gets blurry or sharp. It could also mean it adds input lag (latency). But thats the TV, not this device. If your TV has component (red, green, blue, white, and red) inputs and you have the proper cables, this will probably perform the same. If you dont have everything you need for component, though, this will get you the best raw image the Wii can provide.

> 24 hourThe other Wii HDMI adapter I tried, the Portholic, wouldnt display 480p, and I realized that most of the other adapters sold on Amazon are pretty much the same build and spec with different branding, to the point where the product descriptions are identical. I also tried a component-to-HDMI converter which transmitted 480p well, but is far less portable with the unit size, the need for a power supply and the need to bring a component cable too. So I decided to try this item because I knew it had at least a different spec than the Portholic and all its clones. 480p works great, and its even more compact and easy to carry, which was the whole point of looking for a direct HDMI adapter rather than a converter.
