is my third time i am using McAfee total protection i have No issue with it I use to use Norton ant virus I was keep getting virus in my pc system but with McAfee I didnt have any problems and I am about to buy again .

When I went to use the key code, it had already been used by someone else! The key had either been shared, resold or stolen. Had to get with McAfee support to deal with the issue which took hours. Would prefer a refund. Also, loaded this on 12/25 but the expiration date shows to be 11/30 now. Not a years worth.

They keep telling me it’s time to renew but, I just installed it in November. So I need to call them.

Here is what you are buying; a day of heartache. Lets assume money no issue. Let the auto-renew run and pay $120 every year and dont mess with it. McAfee doesnt want to lose you as a customer so theyll be putting adds in your face every day 30 days prior to running out of subscription, offering to basically sell it to you for $60. BUT, you can buy an unlimited devices license for $30 here on Amazon. You should know that the McAfee website is made so you cant talk to a person. So if you are using this software on a handful of devices, and you dont want to pay 4x what new subscribers pay, you will be forced to uninstall your McAfee installation and reinstall a new installation. On each device. Bottom line, once a year, you will be spending a day if you have more than one or two devices uninstalling and reinstalling. If you are using a Windows system you run great risk with uninstalling software as complex as Antivirus / Firewall software. Currently my uninstall / reinstall has failed with error code 12152. It shouldnt be like this. Its designed to frustrate you into submission. This program isnt worth $30 or $60 or $120.

Although i had last years version, i was forces to erase and then down load an entire new version of the software. They should have a method of just updating the earlier version without having to waste time down loading a new version. That is why i gave it 3 stars instead of 5

McAfee Total Protection works fine on all our computers. I like that it works in the background.

Installed easily on primary device, but Mcafee servers quickly overloaded. Cannot install on second device

I specifically purchased this unlimited devices McAfee on Amazon to be able to protect 2 laptops, 2 cell phones and 2 Amazon Fire Tablets. It wasnt until I tried to load it on the tablets that I received a notice that McAfee does not support Fire Tablets. That should be disclosed on the page of the item listing. You cant purchase McAfee for 6 devices so I purchased the unlimited subscription and paid extra for nothing.

I buy new each year cause cheaper than renewals, of course internet speed determines how fast it loads
