Greater than one weekWorks as expected. I use it on my food slicer which blew a fuse on after not lubricating it for a few years. I normally use the slicer 3-4 times a year and after cleaning I would just store the slicer away without lubricating except for a little Vaseline on the nylon gear. I know the fuse blew from cutting a good amount of cheese. But after lubricating the slicer and cutting a bunch more cheese it seems to work a lot better. I also spray some Pam on the slicer blade before slicing cheese and it prevents the build up of cheese which caused a lot more drag on the slicer blade.

Greater than one weekTried Taylor Lube on the frozen yogurt machines at work, and the handles would stick, allowing product to run out even after the handle was no longer pulled down. Ended up with piles of wasted froyo! An employee told me about this stuff (actually, she shouldnt remember the name, but the blue label on a metal tube was good enough to find it) so I ordered it ASAP. This works SO much better than Taylor did. No more leaks = happy employees (less mess to clean up) and less waste!

> 3 dayGreat value for a lubricant to be used with edible products. I bought it for my meat slicer but I will use it for many other kitchen appliances. Particularly with my super automatic one touch cappuccino machine that requires high maintenance and a lots of lubrication. The price is great and the easy to squeeze large tube allow me to be generous with the lubricant. Highly recommended.

> 3 dayI bought it to lube our espresso machines brew group, but Ive also been able to use this for other kitchen products. I think it would be a good all-round lube around the house, since its a plant-derivative and doesnt stain like oil. The tube provides more product than Ill ever use!

> 3 dayThe instructions for a replacement fridge door seal I purchased said to lubricate it with this grease, I used it, didnt discolor or cause any harm so I guess its ok.

> 3 dayMy German made coffee maker started making strange noises like plastic straining against plastic two weeks after moving back from Germany. After a call to the maker and dicussion with a technician, he recommended a food safe lubrication. I did not think KY jelly would hack it so I searched amazon and came up with this product. I think I have enough words now. The product is reasonably priced and works well. Prompt mail service too.
