MEEDEN 12-Well Round Porcelain Watercolor Paint Palette for Watercolor Gouache Acrylic Oil Painting, 7-Inch

I had been looking for ceramic pallets for my watercolors. This is the perfect size. Helps seperate my colors into a manageable pallet size.

Found this palette to be very nice and love using my watercolors with it.

This little porcelain palette is well made and quite useful on the desk. I dont expect to travel with it because it is heavy and can break. The weight is however useful on the desk because it is stable, doesnt move around, and it helps to keep your pigments clean.

I think this must have been an “open box” discount as I could not find any blemishes on it. It’s my favourite watercolor palette and I have many.

Im new to watercolor painting and so far Ive been mixing paints in plastic pallets. I received this one today and used it in my practice this evening. Im not sure what the big difference is, but I LOVE this pallet. The wells are deep. Its easy to clean. Its got a nice weight. I wish I could say what makes it so special, but I do know Ill be using this one exclusively from now on. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

This was the very first ceramic mixing palette I used in my whole painting career. I fell in love instantly. I dont travel with this palette though, I use it in the Studio or around my home. Pros: 1) Good number of wells. 2) Well sizes are decent to hold enough mixed paint to cover large paintings without running out. 3) Paint doesnt bead on the ceramic surface. 4) Surface is supper smooth. Very easy to clean. 5) Its sturdy and pretty durable. 6) Doesnt stain. This is one of my concerns with metal and plastic mixing palettes. 7) Very well made. Things to consider: 1) Heavy to travel with if you like to paint outside 2) Obviously you need to protect it from breakage while traveling 3) Good for studio use, not so much for travel.

Easy to clean, numerous wells, does what it should.

I like this palette for watercolor since it doesnt stain like plastic. I would recommend it for the price.

I have been dabbling in gouache and water colors, and so wanted to try out well palettes! I wasn’t expecting this thing to be so sturdy being that it’s porcelain but oooooh boy has it been fun to use. Cleaning is easy except when you put it directly under running water and it’s like cleaning 12 spoons at once (basically I’ve been playing wet tshirt contests a few times in a row). Anyway, I love it. 10/10 would wet T-shirt contest again.
