MEEDEN 12-Well Round Porcelain Watercolor Paint Palette for Watercolor Gouache Acrylic Oil Painting, 7-Inch

This ceramic palette is sturdy. The wells are just the right depth and I really like using the center, larger wells for mixing larger amounts of paint. I am using it for watercolor. Generally, I let my paints dry in the wells. Just add water and they are reactivated. If a well is pretty empty when I’m done painting, I will just wipe it clean with a damp paper towel.

Porcelain palettes are game-changers for watercolor painting, and this one is really well-designed!

Its a lovely, small, palette. Problem is, I bought it thinking it was 12 regular wells, but it is 10 regular wells and the two center wells which are a mixing area. I wanted to make a color wheel with 12 wells in a circle. So, if you want a small palette with 10 regular wells, its a good buy. I normally read reviews and would have figured it out, but I didnt have time to do it. In any case, they should change the title to be more accurate.

I have been dabbling in gouache and water colors, and so wanted to try out well palettes! I wasn’t expecting this thing to be so sturdy being that it’s porcelain but oooooh boy has it been fun to use. Cleaning is easy except when you put it directly under running water and it’s like cleaning 12 spoons at once (basically I’ve been playing wet tshirt contests a few times in a row). Anyway, I love it. 10/10 would wet T-shirt contest again.

Seriously, I never want a non-porcelain palette again!

Beautiful piece. Great for beginners and professionals alike. Very easy to clean. Water/medium used on this works so well. Most definitely worth every dime. I will be purchasing another.

I had been looking for ceramic pallets for my watercolors. This is the perfect size. Helps seperate my colors into a manageable pallet size.

Lovely palette. Deep wells, flat bottom. Will buy again, far superior to my other ceramic palettes.

Great weight. Sturdy. But hard to clean.
