MEEDEN 12-Well Round Porcelain Watercolor Paint Palette for Watercolor Gouache Acrylic Oil Painting, 7-Inch

I love it! But it’s very delicate for travel.

This is the perfect size and depth for big washes of watercolor and limited palettes. I needed deep wells to crush and mix watercolor crayons and this works for that use.

I love Ceramic/Porcelain palletes for my water based paints, and this one is my favorite, especially the size, and the quality of the material. Its really easy to clean and maintain, but its heavy enough for travellig purposes and I believe it will be exposed to harm. I dont see is as a Delicate product, but you need to take care of it. I prefer to keep it in the action of my studio, for outdoors Ill use something like plastic.

I use Alcohol Inks and Watercolors. This palette is wonderful. Easy to clean and doesnt move when working with the colors. I also love the two section center for dirty and clean rinses of the brush. 12 wells are perfect. Now I want one for my greens. One for my reds. And one for my yellows. Alcohol Inks and watercolors never go to waste. You can leave them dry in the wells and re-activate them for use later. All round great buy.

Having a porcelain pallette instead of a plastic one is so nice. The paint doesnt bead up like in plastic.

perfect size and convenient design

I really like the ceramic finish and deep paint wells. These are heavy, but that doesn’t bother me, as I am not traveling with them. I prefer these to the plastic palettes because they don’t stain and I feel I can mix the paints more effectively. These would not be good for travel, due to their weight. I plan on purchasing a couple more in the future.

The wells are deep and the area for mixing is great. It is small enough not to be in the way and heavy enough to stay put. Will be giving some as gifts to other painter friends.
