I have been purchased brass pads for years from well respected manufactures at a much higher cost. These are not brass (maybe a small amount of brass if thats possible) Highly magnetic. I will not use these on my expensive soldering iron tips. Perhaps still usable to jam into small holes to deter mice. :)

This stuff will clean soldering tips but it is definitely not brass. Brass is not attracted to a magnet like this stuff is. Just another lie.
