MFJ-941E MFJ941E MFJ Enterprises Original HF Antenna Tuner with Mini Cross Meter, 300 Watts

Greater than one weekVersatile tuner can work with any antenna. Does not need external power (unless you want the adapter for the light) A little over ten inches wide and 3 inches high. Has selector for two coax antennas and can be switched to tuned or bypass. also has connection for external dummy load. I needed to download and print the instructions from the MFJ website at www.mfjenterprises.com/manuals

> 3 dayItem shipped and arrived as scheduled, but product was defective and I have returned it for refund. Bought it to replace an MFJ-949 tuner than died (balun burned up). New, defective tuner would not tune existing antenna on any bands. Adjustments of inductor nor either capacitor had any effect on any band. Either the built-in SWR meter is bad or, more likely, the tuner itself.

> 3 dayGreat tuner. Using it on my IC-718 with a G5RV antenna. Tunes great except in the 10 meter band. SWR is 2 at lowest. 20/40/80 tune flat on SWR.

> 3 dayTunes my antenna system quite well. Easy to learn how to get the capacitance and inductance working together to achieve good SWR. I use it to tune my dipole antennas so that Im not having to take them down and put them back up over and over again while trimming them.

Greater than one weekIt will tune most bands. Meter is hard to read on tx. Still having to adjust it a lot each time I use it.
