I have only had this nozzle for about a month and so far it is doing really good. Im using it on my Ender 3 with the Micro Swiss All-metal hotend. I havent notice any extrusion issues so far with it. All my prints have come out nicely with it. Only thing I did notice is I had to increase my print temps about 5-10 degrees. Not sure if thats because this nozzle or the entire hotend. So far I would recommend this nozzle. Will probably be buying some more in the future as long as it lasts for a while.

I almost exclusive print with carbon fiber polycarbonate and this nozzle has now ran through two full spools and hundreds of amazing prints the only thing I wish they would do is add a non stick coating to the outside.

Been through a 1kg spool of cf filament so far with no issues!

I have been printing carbon PLA which chews up brass nozzles in no time. I have put several KG though this nozzle and its still as good as new.

The quality of the nozzle and the quality of print is at the top. I am giving it 3 stars because this nozzle cannot print effectively unless at very slow speeds. I can only run at 20mm/s with it vs the brass nozzle it replaced. I was running 50mm/s on the original nozzle that came with printer. Going over 20mm/s will cause the extruder to eat through the filament because the nozzle cannot heat the plastic fast enough.. I can bump the speed to 25mm/s if I bump the temp to something like 20 degrees above the recommended for the filament but I am uncomfortable with that so I will not be using that as a way around this. Taking the nozzle off and inspecting it shows there are no clogs. Inspection also included that of the Heater block, break and heatsink. Extruder is clean with no visible signs of clogging or wear.

Came as expected, works great! No issues no clogs. Clean print. Very happy!

It seems to clean up easier than the OEM brass nozzle. Smooth printing and good print quality. Expensive, but it does improve things. Im sure others work just as well, but this is a good choice.

Very simple, this is a good nozzle. Its machined well and has a clean bore. The coating helps with very sticky filaments like PETG (better than brass or plated copper). Effectively you will not wear out this nozzle, ever. So its a good value. Optimally, add 5C to your print temps and do a PID Autotune at your most common print temp for greatest effect.

For the life of me I cant figure out how this nozzle warrants such high praise. Youd expect a $20 nozzle to outlast a cheap Chinese nozzle by several orders of magnitude. Well thats not the case. This nozzle wore out faster than the cheap Chinese hardened steel nozzles that I had previously used. The claim that nothing sticks to it is a joke. PETG sticks better to this nozzle then it does to the bed. The tiniest amount of filament that curls up and touches the nozzle will instantly bond with the nozzle creating a snowball like effect, the next thing you know the entire nozzle is covered in filament. Of course its possible that I may have received a defective nozzle or maybe they accidentally shipped me a plated brass nozzle. But my experience isnt anything similar to what anybody else is reporting..

This is MK8 style nozzle, it is made from a A2 Tool Steel, heat treated to 57-62 RC and plated with TwinClad XT coating. If you are working with abrasive Carbon Fiber, Stainless Steel, wood filled or any other metal filled filaments, this will greatly improve the life of your nozzle.
