> 24 hourLoving my Surface Laptop 4 a lot. No issues setting it up. The touch screen is perfect, I love the feel of the keyboard. The laptop does its job. Its a basic, minimalist but high end laptop for sure. I dont do much with it but surf the web and type up notes. For the price of this laptop, it sure is great.

> 24 hourTerrible product and company! The keyboard is a BILINGUAL CANADIAN KEYBOARD which is not mentioned in the description. This meant that several keys would not produce what was shown on the keyboard. I returned the product with ALL components and then I received a message from AC Arsenal that the AC adapter was missing and I will only receive a partial refund. I KNOW that all components were placed inside the original packaging and returned. AC Arsenal is not a trustworthy company! They have dont NOTHING on their end to help with this matter. I have contacted and filed claims with UPS and still no help from anyone. Very frustrating! Seems to be a scam to dmget rid of a faulty product.

> 24 hourLo utilize por los tutoriales que mire. Pero tuve una experiencia dificil con el Keyboard porque no funciono. La reparo un tecnico en informatica y pague 120 Dolares . Ahora si funciona bien. Pero quien me reembolsara el valor de 120 $ que pague.

> 24 hourI am completely appalled at the poor quality of the physical body of the new Microsoft Surface Laptop 4. After much deliberation between the Laptop 4 vs MacBook Air, my husband and I decided on the Laptop 4. BIGGEST MISTAKE in product choice and now customer service experience. No dropping, no trauma to the computer. One minute, its perfect. In its closed state, the laptop was tapped to point it out for someone to it. The next minute, the computer is opened to a cracked and shattered screen. We purchased this just over 2 months ago, and Microsoft Customer Service is telling me I need to pay $499 for a replacement with a refurbished computer, even though the site states that is when we damaged it ourselves. Despite explaining that we did not cause trauma to the Laptop to result in such a broken screen, the customer service agent basically called me a liar because there is no way a screen would have cracked like that without trauma. In the end, he said to go ahead and leave a review and hung up on me. I will NEVER purchase a Microsoft product again and will be letting everyone I know to avoid them and to buy Apple or any other product. My MacBook Air has been thrown around for work and Ive had NO issue for about 10 years. Ive had other brands of laptops that withstood much abuse. I cant believe we thought this Laptop could be a portable device as it is apparently meant to be gently fixed in position without touching it. But more anger provoking than the broken new device is the poor, rude, unwilling to help, and offensive customer service. Never again.

> 24 hourI loved this laptop. Unfortunately even though Im currently still making payments on it, it is no longer charging. It will run for a limited amount of time while plugged in, but shuts itself down when it becomes overheated. I had to quickly purchase a chromebook,just to get me through, until I can get the battery replaced. Assuming that is the problem. I guess ultimately it my fault for not purchasing insurance. I shouldnt have assumed this laptop would run properly for at the very least,the amount of time it took me to pay it off.

First time replacement
> 24 hourProduct was faulty out of the box. Would shut down and make a popping noise with any movement of the laptop, which as it is a laptop and meant to be moved happens often, like when moving it an inch or placing it down on something. Attempting to exchange the product has been a huge pain. After chatting with an Amazon representative, which appeared to be the route to a replacement we were asked to trouble shoot an issue that no amount of trouble-shooting would fix. Then we were told that Microsoft would contact us, they didnt. We called Microsoft # in the email we got about follow up and the message said we had to submit the issue online. After doing so we were offered a refurbished product. Disappointed that it didnt work, that the exchange process is this broken and lastly, that in exchange for a new product we were offered a new one.
