Terrible product and company! The keyboard is a BILINGUAL CANADIAN KEYBOARD which is not mentioned in the description. This meant that several keys would not produce what was shown on the keyboard. I returned the product with ALL components and then I received a message from AC Arsenal that the AC adapter was missing and I will only receive a partial refund. I KNOW that all components were placed inside the original packaging and returned. AC Arsenal is not a trustworthy company! They have dont NOTHING on their end to help with this matter. I have contacted and filed claims with UPS and still no help from anyone. Very frustrating! Seems to be a scam to dmget rid of a faulty product.

Wife went back to school and needed a laptop. Purchased her the i7, 32GB Ram, 1TB SSD. Highly recommend for use with Zoom, Remote classes, class projects, and Microsoft office. She especially likes to how lightweight the laptop is when going to class.

I travel and carry this laptop around a lot and the battery has been impressive. The setup this time was one of the easiest ever. Good job MS!

Keypad top quality.

Product was faulty out of the box. Would shut down and make a popping noise with any movement of the laptop, which as it is a laptop and meant to be moved happens often, like when moving it an inch or placing it down on something. Attempting to exchange the product has been a huge pain. After chatting with an Amazon representative, which appeared to be the route to a replacement we were asked to trouble shoot an issue that no amount of trouble-shooting would fix. Then we were told that Microsoft would contact us, they didnt. We called Microsoft # in the email we got about follow up and the message said we had to submit the issue online. After doing so we were offered a refurbished product. Disappointed that it didnt work, that the exchange process is this broken and lastly, that in exchange for a new product we were offered a new one.

I really like the size and style. The keyboard side has this really nice suede-like material that takes the style value up a notch. Really easy to work with. Love the touch screen. My only complaints are the short battery life, and limited number of ports. I seem to only get a few hours of use, if that, before I have to plug it in, and there is only one regular port and one C port.

Dont buy the surface laptop 4 if you want long battery life. The battery life on the surface laptop 4 does not meet anything close to the advertised amount. I replaced a 4 year old Dell with the surface 4 laptop. When using common apps like Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Edge for everyday work tasks, the battery will not last 4 hours. This is the case even when I turn off background app refreshing and turn on battery saver mode to always. The 4 year old computer I replaced had a better battery than this system. Note - I received a replacement laptop thinking maybe something was wrong with the unit and found the replacement was the same. I went through all settings and tried to reduce power useage, but it still seems limited to 4 hours. This is very disappointing for a new laptop. On a positive note, the screen quality is the best I have had for any laptop, however you have to get an external dongle to connect a monitor as there is no hdmi, dvi, or vga on the laptop.
