> 24 hourInitially purchased cheap clip-on connectors (no solder) for connecting the strip lights to the power supply. Resulted in poor connections with power supply (brownouts and disconnects). Bought these pigtail cables and soldered the wires securely to the stip light pads and the power supply lead wires. Plug them together and it works... very solid connection and professional installation. Easy to disconnect and reconnect if needed. Recommend buying these first to save you some time and aggravation.

> 24 hourAt first I thought the plug would not fit into a standard 5.5x2.1. Maybe it would fit if I really really really forced it. But not under normal or firm pressure. When taking pictures for this review, I found out the reason. Most of the pins have leftover plastic blocking them. This is why they would not fit. Poor quality. Only 1 out if 4 would work. I am not trying the rest. Sending back

> 24 hourI was surprised by the quality of these connectors. Wires are great, flexible and the right gauge for pretty much anything. I gave 4 stars for easy to install because soldering skills are required. Not fair for the connectors themselves but just as a reminder. I gave 5 stars for durability because they seem very well build and latched tight to one each other. In my application they are not used a lot. Once installed there is very little plugin un-plugin action. So, if that is required on regular basis your mileage my vary.
