This is one is great because its larger than most of the other silicone mats, allowing you to put at least 2 hair appliances on it at the same time (yes, crazy, but my daughter for some reason needs a flat iron and a curling wand at the same time).

I always worry about setting my hair straightener on the counter. With this, I know I can set it on the counter and walk away while it is still on or cooling down. This helps ease my nerves around using my straightener. Small enough for small counter spaces.
