I purchased this item because I use two electric hair appliances at the same time. It fits the bill!

This has protected my make shift vanity extremely well. It also looks nice so I just always leave it on the desk top. Ill even put it on the carpet when Im lazy and do my hair sitting on the ground. Its also a great sie. I dont have problems with any of my hot tools.

Cute and stylish on my vanity, works like it says it does

This is one is great because its larger than most of the other silicone mats, allowing you to put at least 2 hair appliances on it at the same time (yes, crazy, but my daughter for some reason needs a flat iron and a curling wand at the same time).

To be honest, I havent used it yet. But Ive unwrapped it and intend to keep it. Its a good size, and its what I needed for my bedroom vanity when I use my curling iron or hair dryer. Im sure its fine with the heat-resistence….its a whole lot better than what I was using. Thats why I gave 4 stars....since I really havent used it.
