I plugged them in, installed the app, and got em connected to Alexa in less than five minutes. Theyve been working perfectly ever since. I would definitely recommend them.

These are the worst plugs from China. Do not buy these ones they will blow you electric circuits and might cause a fire.

Installation too complex

App is broken and will not allow me to log in. Cannot log into Gosund app to set up the smart plug so it’s a brick. US is not listed in the app as an available location.

Excellent product.

It doesnt pick up wifi well. Im using them upstairs on opposite end of the house as the router and it wont pick up internet. I ordered the Amazon basic plugs and they pick up just fine. This company needs to do a better wifi receiver. Just buy the Amazon basics ones for a tiny bit more money.

It took less than 5 minutes to plug one in, wifi it to my Smart Life app and then add it to my Alexa devices. I then replaced an outlet strip powering a couple dining room hutch lamps with the smart plug and its in play right now. The lamp have a monkeys on the shades so the command is Alexa...Turn monkeys on (or off). Or Alexa...Turn Monkey1 or Monkey2 on or off. (gotta have a fun name dont ya?). Anyway...I highly recommend these smart switches and will be ordering more of them myself.

Easy to set up and learn. Economical too!

Total waste of money. The app doesn’t work with newer iPhone iOS at all
