Agradezco en la forma que fui tratada, fueron súper amable y pacientes, me ayudaron a instalarlos por completo. > 24 hourThese dual plugs are complete junk!! They constantly go offline and wont go back online. I used to unplug and plug back in to reconnect but that doesnt work anymore. Now I have to Uninstall and set them up again like if they were new, and still they stay connected for 5 to 8 days if Im lucky!! Ive only had them for 2 months, so clearly they are an awful product! Spend your money on something else!!

> 24 hourWorks great with Alexa. Was difficult to set up at first. Instructions were ok, but ended up setting up by trial and error. Once I had one set up the subsequent plugs were easy. Works great! Vacation or walking in you can turn on lights from phone or voice activation.

> 24 hourI have been troubleshooting since last night trying to connect these 2 smart plugs to my internet. I downloaded the app and have followed the instructions to a t. I’ve reset my router, I’ve reset each switch, I’ve made sure I’m connected to 2.5g and still fail every time. Getting really frustrated and will probably return.
