They work! I just tell Google to turn lights on and off now. My 4 year old grandson loves to control the lights with his voice, too, so Id say fun for all ages! :-)

This product and app were designed by some really dumb people. I wont go into detail because its a lot of small details that make the overall experience way more complicated and clunky than it needs to be. It also just straight up fails. I would not recommend purchasing these anything else has to be better.

Was not able to get it to pair and work with Alexa. Did not realize this only works on 2.4mhz until I unpacked it and read the instructions. Was not able to get it to pair and work with Alexa App. Switched my iphone to 2.4 and still could not get the plugs to connect. Got as far as the Gosund App discovering the plug, but would not add it. Wasted better part of day on this. Bought the Amazon Plug and it connected automatically.

Round and round you go with the apps where it stops nobody knows, i do back to Amazon.

Easy to figure out how to get it working as long as you follow the instructions and was also able to connect it to my echo dot with no problem. I would buy it again if I had something else I would need it for

They drop the Wi-Fi and take constant reboot not a good product but another brand

The Gosund app will not allow the user to install the device, making the device completely useless, unless the user shares location with the app. I find this to be an invasion of my privacy. There is no need for location to be enabled to allow communication between two wireless devices.

Total waste of money. The app doesn’t work with newer iPhone iOS at all
