This is a lifetime knife. It cuts everything! If I had only one knife in my house, this would be the one.

Discovered I could’ve bought this for $25 less if I had just looked around on the Internet a few minutes.

I bought this at Costco for a significantly lower price. Best knife we ever owned. They call this a cheese knife but we use it for all veggies. This is versatile, feels great to hold and looks beautiful. Great product but shop around.

It’s a cheese knife but also “go to” knife for slicing tomatoes and many other uses. Gave as gifts because my guests always commented on mine.

I purchased this knife because I saw a demo at Costco. The guy cut through a hard carrot very easily. I tried and it was the same for me. I realize it’s a cheese knife and it also works really well with cheese. But my 96 year old mom has a hard time cutting things and this knife is a game changer for her. I am so glad Cutco is on the cutting edge. lol. My mom had the full set from the 1950’s . She was impressed then and still is. She even has two from the original set.
