> 3 dayDon’t look to Germany or Japan for great cutlery. Buy American made quality and you will never be sorry.

> 3 dayBought mine, with cushioned handle, from a college kid selling Cutco. This is Cutcos best product and the best cheese knife Ive found for typical household use, cutting fairly small blocks of cheese. Cutcos micro double-D edge (very fine serrations) virtually eliminates cutting effort on small cheese blocks and releases slices with ease. For larger blocks (2 to 4 lb) my sharp, sturdy Santoku knife slices with no difficulty but releasing slices requires a little finesse. Check Cutco direct or a local salesperson for a better price than offered by Amazon

> 3 dayI have owned this knife for about two years, it is my go to knife for almost everything! My BFF once told me, your knifes are your tools, just like a carpenter, mechanic or Doctor, yes, Cutco knifes are pricey, but they will last you a lifetime, this is an amazing knife! Just bought this knife for my BFF birthday, she is going to love it!

> 3 dayI bought this for my summer home because I love the one I have in my main residence. When slicing cheeses it slices cleanly as thin as the blade and the cheese does not stick to the knife. I have had Cutco knives for many years and knew this would be the one for me. Cutco is a great company to do business with in general. I highly recommend the company and this knife particularly.

> 3 dayIt’s a cheese knife but also “go to” knife for slicing tomatoes and many other uses. Gave as gifts because my guests always commented on mine.

Greater than one weekDon’t be fooled by anyone calling this a cheese knife! This is the most versatile knife in my kitchen. It slices cleanly, effortlessly and smoothly through tomatoes, onions, carrots, and yes, cheese. I already own the CUTCO steak knives, paring knife, and boning knife, but this “cheese” knife has proven to be my go to utensil. I highly recommend!

> 3 dayI bought this at Costco for a significantly lower price. Best knife we ever owned. They call this a cheese knife but we use it for all veggies. This is versatile, feels great to hold and looks beautiful. Great product but shop around.
