Greater than one weekIts an okay whittling knife, especially for its size. I wish the blade was a little smoother. There are machining or grain lines on the sides of the blade that give it some unwanted texture that make it slightly more difficult to cut through small wood pieces.

> 3 dayI got it to feed a flatpack twig stove, which does a lot with tiny bits of wood. Short blade is good for tip work and heel work, and legal length limits. Spine shoots big sparks. Easy to use with gloves on.

Greater than one weekJust buy this inexpensive little gem! I have a similarly shaped Norwegian knife (Helle Nying) that I dont carry it around much due to sentimental value, but love the stubby design. This chubby little guy is great for shoving in a pocket, camping supply box, or some nook/cranny in your car. The blade is very stubby and the handle is a bit short, but it has girth enough for a very solid and comfortable grip. I discovered that you can actually reverse it in the sheath to get a little extra length on the handle (though I would not recommend doing anything that requires a lot of force when used that way). Blade seems well hardened and has held its edge. It arrives functionally sharp, but not well honed. Give it 5 minutes on a high grade whetstone and it will serve you well as a great little workhorse.

> 3 dayThis is a great knife for jobs when youre making repetitive cuts and dont want to keep digging in your pocket for a folder. It came razor sharp and ready for work. It came with a lanyard, which I dont care for. Instead, I put a Nite Ize caribiner on it and attach it to my belt loop. If your constantly opening or breaking down cardboard boxes, cutting rope or twine, or just generally working with a knife alot, this may fill the bill. I cant wait to take it camping and fishing. Probably not a good mayonnaise spreader as its a little short.

> 3 dayYou can not and will not be disappointed with this knife. I bought this knife solely for work purposes and Ive already put some miles on it. One of the sharpest knives u will ever buy. Great small blade but with a real sized handle.

> 3 dayBeautiful product. Quite compact and very sharp out of the box. I gave it a further polish with a 6000 grit whetstone and it’s even better.
