06-04-2025Great product...perfectly priced USB drive so you can buy a bunch and have everything covered. While I would highly recommend simply based upon the product, the real GEM here is their customer service. Unbelievable how good they are, and trust me I dont throw that kind of praise around lightly.

> 3 dayI use these as bootable USB stick (windows, linux, recovery etc.). They do what they’re intended for. Have not benchmarked them or anything as I dont need lightning-fast performance I just need them to work. Good build quality, good performance and reliable! That is all u need to know.

> 3 dayMade storing files for my 3D printing easy and less of a headache because I didn’t have to change the formatting of the jump drive to store files. I even bought it again for that reasoning.

> 3 dayThe product arrives in a small cardboard box, with the flash drives surrounded by a foam holder. This product is nice because it gives you a lot of storage space in multiple flash drives at a good price. I ran a test using chkflsh.exe to check out the write speed and this is what I found: Read Speed: 22.27 MB/s , Write Speed: 13.28 MB/s Black flash drive Read Speed: 22.06 MB/s , Write Speed: 13.07 MB/s White flash drive Read Speed: 22.26 MB/s , Write Speed: 13.31 MB/s Red flash drive Read Speed: 22.04 MB/s , Write Speed: 13.33 MB/s Green flash drive Read Speed: 22.03 MB/s , Write Speed: 13.19 MB/s Blue flash drive All speeds are about twice as advertised, and the flash drives do not seem to have any problems yet, so I am satisfied.

> 3 dayNot much to say as they work very well. They are actually plug in and use; nothing to setup or prepare.

> 3 dayProduct as described and arrived as scheduled. Nicely packaged and the 5 pk 32 GB is a great value. I had not had a chance to try one yet, but everything thus far indicates i will be happy with them.

> 3 daySo I just received these. Ive seen more than a few reviews saying that some of them arrive DOA. I tested all five and they are functioning as expected. For a quick test, I copied a 125mb file to each of them without an issue. It seems theres a bit of a speed discrepancy between the items. It took 15, 18, 20, 21 and 24 seconds to copy the file to each of them. I retested the slowest of the bunch (the red one in case your wondering :) ) and got the same result. So that works out to an average of 6.4MB/second. For $3.40 each, I cant complain. If I have any durability issues Ill amend this review.

> 3 dayServed the purpose. Multiple colors allows for distinguishing separate files and libraries. Would purchase again! I hope this company will offer larger capacity flash drives in the future. The write speed is not super fast but the read speed is comparable to other flash drives. The swivel design makes them easy to insert and remove and provides extra protection to the USB connector.

> 3 dayI bought these in order to make available about 2000 pictures for family members around the country. The 16GB capacity was overkill but they cost about the same as 4 or 8 GB sticks so I went with these. Considering that these are not going to be accessed on a regular basis, and probably not added to at all, the speed that you can write to them isnt critical for me. That said, I did do a little test to see how fast my 2019 iMac running nothing else could copy a 132MB file of about 150 jpegs to each of these sticks. The results were surprisingly varied, and all on the slow side. It took from 1 to over 3.5 minutes which translates to about 8-24 minutes per GB. If those speeds are consistent, it could take up to 4-5 hours just to transfer 10GB. Maybe large files-like video, would go faster, but I wouldnt really know. In summary, for archival storage of pics, you cant beat the price for the amount of storage, even if theyre slow, but they are slow.

> 3 dayUpdate: These work fine for short bursts, though long transfers have rendered two of these drives requiring re-formatting or repairing to continue using. I should have learned from my first order of the USB3 drives but I didnt. I had two drives this week fail while transferring files to them. Both times it was transferring enough files to fill roughly 2/3 of the drive, one with large video files and another with many smaller files (pictures and documents). Both times the drives would require repair before they would continue working. The second one required formatting before it would accept data again, followed by repair halfway through the second attempt. If you plan on using the drives infrequently or for small transfers they should be fine (up to 4GB worked flawlessly) but at around 16+GB written the drives get a bit odd. I did test a drive to 26GB with a bunch of large video files recently and after a few issues during transfer it did take the files and worked to read them on another machine. This did require starting the transfer three times and repairing the drive twice. Live and learn. Original review from 11-2017: Reasonably fast when moving a single large file, I got 10MB/s write and 22 MB/s read on a 3GB test file. Smaller files take a bit longer, moving about 450 files off my laptop gave transfer speeds around 2-5MB/s write. These arent high-end drives but they do the job and I havent found any duds so far (my last order of the 16GB USB3 drives were all duds which they kindly replaced, so its good to see their quality has improved, this was about a year ago). If youre going to use these every day then get something better. If you plan to put stuff on them once and access it infrequently they are perfect.
