> 3 dayIm very impressed by the quality and speed of these, given their price. They came packaged very nicely in foam, as well. The body is silicone, and the cap is metal. The only complaint I have about them is that the cap does not really protect the USB connector, and does not have any kind of snap closure. But they are more than good enough as throw away drives for Linux installs, which is why I bought them. :)

Greater than one weekHi, This is the second batch of mosDART flash drives Ive purchased. The first batch were 8GB. This latest batch were 32GB. Both sets worked flawlessly. I have recorded and rerecorded mixed media, MP4 videos, and MP3 music on these flash drives. I couldnt be happier, and highly recommend this product, no matter what size storage you buy. I really like the light that comes on and lets you know youre connected, and the folding protective cover. These units are real winners and I expect they will long outlast their warranty period. Thanks for making a great product!

> 3 dayEach of the mosDart memory sticks was uploaded with 2500 photos from folders saved to my desktop. The photos were of family members and extended from the 1880s to the present. The memory sticks were all loaded and given to relatives at our family reunion. Many relatives were surprised to see photos of themselves taken many years ago. Im so thankful that mosDart memory sticks were there to help me add more joy to our last family reunion.

> 3 dayThese are small enough to easily carry in your pocket. The storage is large enough to store large files. The ONLY thing bad about these are instead of the 32GB drives as advertised, they are only are 29.2 GB (2.8GB smaller) which could be enough to store quite a few more files. I guess all thumb drives are this way. Oh well, I am happy with these and the price is good. I highly recommend them.

> 3 dayOne of the nice things about these drives is that you can write on the aluminum guard in pencil and then cover it with scotch tape to keep it from smearing. When you re-use the drive, you can pull of the scotch tape, rub off the pencil label and write a new one in its place. The color plus the labels you find the drive youre looking for if you have a bunch of them. These also make great gifts.

Greater than one weekChinese thumb drives are hit or miss. These Mosdart 16GB drives are better than others Ive tested that look the same. Ive done a capacity test using FakeFlashTest and a full read write test using H2testw on two of the 5 and they both passed. I also ran a CrystalDiskMark speed test and read speeds came in around 24 MB/sec which is respectable for a USB 2 drive. Write speeds were around 11-12 MB/sec which is also respectable given the price. Running ChipGenius these are supposedly made by Alcor Micro but show up as Generic and the actual flash is supposedly MLC by Toshiba. The VID is 058F and the PID is 6387. Interestingly these have a red LED inside but only a few of the colors let the LED shine through. The LED blinks when youre accessing the drive and is on steady when its recognized by your operating system. Bottom line: I wouldnt trust any important data to these. And, if youre in a hurry, opt for name brand USB 3 drives for only a few dollars more per drive. The trick with the big brands (especially Sandisk) is avoiding fake counterfits from China. At least with these youre not paying for a name brand and getting a generic Chinese drive anyway.

> 3 dayBought a 5-pack of 32 GB drives. I like having different colors as it helps me stay organized when working with multiple drives. They look just like the photos. Win10 reports 32 GB for each drive. I tested copy and delete speeds: - 3 drives were identical. 568 MB of 1515 files and 93 folders: Copy = 3:23, Delete = 1:36. 2034 MB of one ISO: Copy = 4:45, Delete = 0:02 - Drive 4 was about 9% faster the the three drives for both copies and 568 MB delete. - Drive 5 was slower than the three drives by <= 20%. Speeds were all very acceptable to me. 1/2 STAR OFF FOR LEDs ON TWO DRIVES. One product page image shows a LED at the end of a red drive. The drives I received had the LED deeply recessed in a hole at the end of the drive, not flush with the end. On the black drive the LED can NOT be seen unless you look directly into that hole. The same is true of the dark blue drive, but removing the rotating metal piece lets you see a small blinking red light on the top of the drive. The red, green and white drives have bodies that light up from within as the LED blinks: The green dimly and the other two very bright. My fix is to remove the metal piece from the drives. SUMMARY. Good price. Correct capacity. Good speeds. Useful LEDs on 4 of the 5 drives. Comfortable rubber-like bodies. I would buy again.
