Greater than one weekVery easy to install, good instructions. Only issue is that the absolute widest mounting holes are 16 inch or slightly under. If your studs are off a little bit itll be a challenge to install. Other than that it works great.

Greater than one weekWe bought this unit, after much research, to wall-mount a 40-inch Samsung flatscreen TV that does not have a flat back. I was impressed by how well the unit and ancillary parts were packaged and how clear the instructions were. I had to add a couple of washers of my own when attaching the vertical rails to the back of the TV, due to the way the TV was made - not Mounting Dreams fault. I loved the excellent template provided for marking the mounting holes on the wall - it even has double-sided tape already attached. Just follow the instructions - drill 7/32 inch pilot holes and use a socket wrench to install the lag screws (I lubricated the screws slightly). Got the whole thing installed and TV mounted in an afternoon without rushing. Only one negative - the black plastic level supplied for checking the mount and TV was not accurate. It was off level by about half a bubble. Either reverse and average the reading of this level or get a decent one. The little stick-on level for the wall template worked fine.

> 3 dayThis wall mount came with a nice piece of stock paper to drill pilot holes. It also came with a small level that could stick to the stock paper and the stock paper had a couple self adhesive strips to stick to the wall. I marked the spots on my wall where the studs were and applied the stock paper to the wall. Double checked the alignment with the studs and used the level on the paper to make it level and drilled the holes. Then I used my impact driver to screw in the mounting bracket. Double checked the alignment with the included small magnetic level and it was good. The screws that were included for mounting the tv brackets to my tv (an old 42 plasma) fit just fine. I was able to put the tv on the wall mount with only one small issue. The backplate where the tv brackets hook on hits the power plug on my tv. I took off one star for that, but it would really be just half a star if I could. I also think its an issue with Panasonic, at the time, using very large plugs on the back of their tvs. I could move the tv higher and alleviate the plug from hitting the bracket but then I would be able to see the tv brackets at the bottom of the tv. I usually buy tv wall mounts from another site, but thought Id give this one a shot because shipping should be faster and Im glad I did (not because of the shipping). This is a nice wall mount and Id definitely put Mounting Dream as something to consider if I needed another tv wall mount. On a side note - Amazon failed to deliver the wall mount by the guaranteed delivery date and could care less when I contacted them to tell them it was passed the delivery date. Amazon shouldnt put guaranteed delivery dates on their site if they dont stand by it. Shame on Amazon for misleading me and other consumers.

> 3 dayFirst time buying a wall mount bracket. When I got the idea I was at Best Buy and noticed a mount that I thought would work in the location I was considering, with the need to be offset due to a sub panel and still have the TV cover the sub panel yet be able to easily access the sub panel. On a short closet wall, space was limited as was mounting options. The mount at Best Buy was 299.00, they had another for 249.00. That almost put me out of any thought to use a wall mount bracket as the TV cost was not much more than that for a 50 Samsung Id picked up at Walmart on clearance. Got on Amazon and saw similar style mounts at much cheaper cost! This one had particularly good reviews and was one of the least expensive so I gave it a try. The wall I wanted to mount it on was ~6 in length with a sub panel just about in the middle at about picture height up from the floor. My though was having a bracket that could mount from either side of the panel and have enough side to side adjustment to still not only cover the sub panel but center the TV in this area as well. After much measuring and playing with the bracket I found it would do this, but my stud layout wasnt optimal mainly due to the sub panel being mounted to the stud on the side Id really needed to start at and the cover plate and wall mount bracket securing to the wall would overlap. Then I got the ide to mount the bracket above the panel and lower the TV on the TV part of the wall mount brackets. The Sub panel was nearly 16 tall, I ended up mounting this wall mount directly above up, just clearing the cover for it. Put the TV brackets on to where it lowered the TV as low as possible and mounted it. This allow the TV to nearly cover all but about 3 of the sub panel at the bottom and ended up being the best location for viewing at is was to be viewed from bed, so laying down, I like the TV mounted a bit higher on the wall. Ive got a sound bar coming that Ill mount directly below the TV which will be plenty to completely conceal the sub panel. As for the bracket, I found it to be extremely rugged and versatile. plenty of screws, spacers and various hardware that I didnt need anything more than what was in the box. Its such a nice mount Im going to order a second one and wall mount my living room TV.

> 3 dayLet me start by saying the build quality and function is fantastic! I love the finished product! My 2 complaints: mounting was difficult with 1 person as you have to mount with the extending arms in place which are heavy. In order not to do this you would need a very large hex tool to disassemble the extending arms. I passed on that as it seemed it would be too time consuming and was not pictured in the directions. Tip: have someone else hold the mounting bracket while you screw in the lag bolts. My 2nd complaint was there are no words describing the install. Just a few vague pictures that didnt provide much know how to someone who has mounted quite a few TVs in the past. All in all I was able to mount my TV perfectly level by myself with a bit of trial and error. Highly recommend this product despite the install hiccups as it was a great price and great product compared to whats available at the big box stores.

> 3 dayI just mounted this today. I really agonized over which one of these models to get. I have a LG 50PS80FD 50 plasma TV that weighs 75 lbs without the stand. Thats a heavy tv for an arm mount. Heres what I liked about this unit: 1. Good fakespot score. Some of these units have a lot of fake reviews. This one was good. 2. Comes basically assembled. Just four pieces including the two mounting bars that go on the back of the TV. Mine required Vesa 400x400. 3. There are about 10 different size sets of four mounting screws, washers and spacers. Lucky for me since my TV had recessed holes requiring spacers. The extra screws gave me the length I needed since the original screws would not have fit with the spacers. 4. The mounting bars go on the TV first and then you can hang the TV on the mount using the hooks. This is important with a heavy TV. You dont have try and hold the TV in place while trying to mess with mounting screws. There are two screws on the wall mount side to stabilize the TV and lock it in place. These can be tightened once the TV is hanging on the mount. 5. The mounting template comes with tape and a small bubble level. It makes it really easy to fix on the wall once you locate your studs. 6. Hex head wall bolts that allow you to use a ratchet wrench to tighten the bolts into the wall. Much easier than using a screw driver. 7. I thought the instructions were very clear and helpful. I did not have to use the leveling mechanism, but there is one to help you level the TV after the wall mount is bolted to the wall. All in all, it was exactly what I needed.

> 3 dayEasy to install and already assembled. I replaced an already installed tilt tv mount which was 16 on center already but too close to the wall for our new tv, which has the HDMI slots straight out the back of the tv and those type of wall mounts (tilt) do not provide the distance needed for the cables going into the tv. I just took out my lag bolts and put up the new one (took 2 people, its heavy), bolted the top two lag bolts in exsiting holes and redrilled the bottom two holes (new bracket is taller), then installed the other two lag bolts (the furthest holes for this mount is 16 across). Screwed in the 2 brackets to the back of the tv (there are 2 screws that hold these brackets to the wall mount on the bottom and need to be all the way backed out before you put the tv on the wall mount bracket with the tv bracket attached. These are in a bad spot to tighten once you get it all together and are the only thing stopping your tv from sliding off the edge, the bracket is narrow). This mount has doubled extention arms and is super heavy duty! We installed a 55 LG 4k Ultra HD and it fit like a dream! I can move it to fits any angle! Took 3 days to ship to Louisiana.Wish I could add photos. This is the right bracket if you have a heavy tv that needs 3-10 out from the wall. It must be in wall studs but if the studs are too far over one way or the other, you just move the tv over to center it.

> 3 dayThis review for model MD2380. The bracket build quality seems very sturdy and seems to be built to last. This is my first TV mounting experience, but Im impressed with the quality and it looks to be very well priced. Once mounted the arms move with ease yet firmly set in place. Mounted an older model Samsung 32 LCD which is a bit heavier than latest model LEDs but it was an easy one man job. Measure and drill into wall using included template --> mount wall base using included heavy duty wall screws --> place mounting brackets on back of TV --> hang TV onto the base and lock it into place (attached screw on base) --> adjust sideways tilt --> adjust forward tilt --> clean up. Cleaning up took longer than the other steps, just to give you an idea of how quick the job was. Id guess itll take longer and an extra pair of hands for a large sized TV. The package included everything needed. A template you can tape onto the wall and measure for placement; a large array of screws, one of which should fit your brand of TV; bracket spacers for specific brand of TVs, I didnt need these but there were several sizes included so Id imagine this bracket is compatible with all major brands of TVs; a hex tool to adjust the tilt, which can be adjusted side to side and front to back (forward tilt from the top). Additional tools I used: A drill. Philips head screw driver is needed to lock the TV into place once hung on the base. A stud finder and a small screw driver used to confirm location of the stud for drilling. A socket wrench to fasten the wall base.
