> 3 dayThis is more complicated than hanging a picture--it needs to support a lot of weight swinging from the wall--but I took the instructions step-by-step and it went smoothly. The template is hefty paper (not a flimsy folded sheet) with sticky strips to hold it on the wall and a little level. Theres a trouble-shooting guide in case your studs are too far apart, and all kinds of extras--a longer HDMI cable in case your cable box is now too far away, cable ties, another level to adjust the set. You do want to read the Amazon listing and check your wall before you buy, to be sure the studs are 16 on center and that the midpoint between them is where you want the TV. If not, check out other Mounting Dream models. Hanging on a concrete wall? Call them for anchors. They dont include them because folks tried to use them as drywall anchors. I did not see any guidance on how high to mount it, so try this: Decide where you want the bottom of the TV to be. After screwing the brackets to the back of the TV, lay the mounting on the back and measure from bottom of the TV to the top mounting holes. I had been so used to watching the TV from a bad angle that I did not realize what a difference this would make. And it frees up lots of table space.

> 3 dayWonderful mount, and extremely thoughtful packaging. Includes everything you need except a drill and socket wrench. I was pleasantly surprised to find a template with double sided tape to hold it in place on the wall that made it simple to know where to drill holes. Included a cheap but adequate torpedo level and all the hardware needed to attach the mount to the wall, and the tv to the mount. Also includes a nice HDMI cable and a couple of Velcro straps to tidy up your cabling. Once I had the mount on the wall, I extended it about 14 from the wall, and hung about 150lbs from it. It only flexed about 1/2 inch. That made me confident that my 49 LED TV would hang off it with no issues. It is quite stiff, which makes moving the TV a bit difficult. That is a plus for me though, as I dont want the TV to move unless I intend for it to. For the most part, my TV will stay against the wall, but this mount makes it super easy to access the connections since you can just pull it out, connect cables, and push it back flush. That in and of itself is a good reason to pick this over a flush wall mount (I mounted a 40 with a flush mount the same day as this tv, and this install was much easier). Id certainly buy it again.

> 3 dayThe mount is very sturdy for a 55 inch Samsung TV. Its range of motion is perfect for at least 45 degrees. Solid Steel and had every part I needed to install. All bolts and washers fit with no problem. Very easy to hang TV. 5 stars. Highly recommend.

> 3 dayWe’ve had this thing mount for a month or two now and we love it. It seemed pretty easy to install (my husband did it lol). It has held our 55 inch perfect, no sagging or anything. It pulls out and your able to tilt it to the left or right which is helpful. It’s moves smoothly too it’s not hard to pull in and out. It’s super sturdy too it’s not flimsy at all. And it didn’t break the bank in comparison to some other mounts. 10/10 would recommend.

> 3 dayTook me about 90 minutes, but I wanted to be absolutely sure about stud location behind my drywall. I used the knuckle method to find the general locations of the studs and marked them with a pencil. Then I used my stud-finder, which worked great, to find the exact location of the studs and marked the centers. I measured up from the floor 54 (48 to the TVs middle point is recommended when seated on a couch, but I lie down to watch the tube) and made a mark at the center of each stud. I connected each mark with a 2 level and drew a straight line. I aligned the template to the horizontal line and the cross-hatched circles on the template to marks centered on the studs. The holes lined up perfectly for my 16 on center studs. I checked the studs location with an ice pick, then drilled 4 7/32 holes, screwed in the lag bolts half-way to ensure I really hit studs, and then unscrewed them and then mounted the bracket, testing it to make sure it was solid; it is. I found the correct screw/washer combination for my TV and mounted the TV brackets. We then hung the TV on the wall mounted bracket. I adjusted the level with screws provided in the wall bracket and adjusted the vertical angle with the provided allen wrench. Looks great! Installation time: 90 minutes, but I work slow, take lots of breaks and usually have to do things 2-3 times before I get it right. ;-) Other than lifting the TV, this is a one-man job. I recommend this product.
