> 3 dayThese are the perfect sippy cups to transition your LO off the bottle with. Our DS is now 17mo, but started using these around 8mo. He was bottle-fed until he was 14mo, and went cold-turkey to these from one day to the next. The transition was seamless, AND he started sleeping through the night his first day off the bottle. I dont know if thats related, but Id like to think it is. Especially that these cups played a huge role during that time. The cups are an easy three piece unit. Theres the obvious inner-threaded cup, the white plastic lid, and most importantly the rubber seal that pops on and off. I bring that up as I know parents who didnt know the lid was two pieces, allowing mold to grow inside. Let me stress this again: If you dont pop the rubber seal off the top to wash it, you may allow foreign contaminants to grow and infiltrate your LOs cup. That out of the way, your LO that essentially lives in a world without consequences can (and will) turn this cup upside down. I promise you that not a drop will spill out. But once they put the cup to their lips and draw, theyll be able to easily drink whats inside. Its that simple. Now, does this mean no fluid will ever get out? No. When your LO drops theirs on the floor, there may be a little liquid that escapes. If they throw it on the floor while having an outburst, more will come out - especially if the edge of the lid its the floor with force. But once the impact of the cup has come and gone, the cup wont leak any further. Just a brief explosion thats easy to clean. Honestly its better than a cup with no lid. Heres the last thing. We originally discovered this sippy cup for our (then) 5yo (now 10yo) who was adamant about bringing a cup of water with her to bed. We tried a lot of different solutions, but shed just spill what she had into her bed on the floor. A friend of ours mentioned these cups, and we picked up a set that night at our local Target. We then had two of those cups then and we were blown away. Never a spill again. Fast forward to today with our newest LO and hes using her old cups, plus 4 more like a champ. In my opinion, these are THE BEST TRANSITIONAL CUPS on the market. Dont settle for anything else. I just donated a bunch of other transitional cups to the local shelter because they didnt work well for us. These work.

> 3 dayWe love these cups because they don’t leak and they are super easy to take apart and throw in the dishwasher. Take these everywhere

> 3 dayMy kids started using these around 12 months since we wanted to slowly get them off of bottles. These were so easy for them to figure out. I know the water comes out easily because the chug it quickly. They love these cups and get upset if they dont have them nearby. Super easy to clean. Just 3 pieces and I take the apart and put them in the dishwasher and they come out undamaged and just fine. Also love that they come as a 2 pack for those of us who have twins.

> 3 dayOkay like every other confused soul I had my doubts this cup would work, until I saw these and did some investigating I had never heard of WOW cups. These seem to be similar but more affordable. My 2 1/2 year old had recently literally chewed off the straw from his second sippy cup. So obviously it was time to try something else. He can drink unassisted from a regular cup but well anyone with a toddler knows that temper, excitement or just for the heck of it will pop up and the cup can be thrown for any reason. Sigh, liquid everywhere. Ive tried the traditional spout cups. Never liked those for two reasons. One being that no matter who made them the claim that they do not leak was just wrong. Any time the cup was on its side (and believe me its in that position a LOT) it would have a steady slow drip. Not good if the liquid was juice or milk. The second thing I didnt like was the snap on and off lid. That little stinker figured that out real quick and thought it great fun to separate the top from the cup and SPLASH everywhere. And lord help us all when he got ticked and threw the thing, without fail the lid would pop off from the force of the landing and SPLASH. This is why we moved to the sippy cup with straws. On plus side those twisted and snapped on so the top coming off was never an issue. However these too leak. And by this point the crumb snatcher has figured out that if he turns cup upside down he can make it rain. GRRRRR but as we had never heard of this style cup we thought that was the best we could do. Like I said UNTIL the goober chewed through the second straw. His father and I debated simply going with a regular cup as like I said he can drink from that no issue, but the reality is hes just still to clumsy. So being a Prime member addict I hope on here. These cups popped up. Even after the well written reviews explaining how water gets out I still did not understand it clearly. But I liked that there was no straw or spout. Sure it says leak/spill proof but I wasnt hopeful despite the many positive reviews (and yes, I do read the negative reviews to see what the common gripe might be. I decided to be aware of the gripes but ignore them as a decision in purchasing). We ordered them. They arrived yesterday while Destructo was at preschool. I had his snack and milk (in new cup) all set up when he got home.He was not amused by this new style cup. And immediately handed it to his older brother to exchange for his cup; his 15 year old brother couldnt really figure it out either. I laughed and told them both how it worked. Neither looked convinced. I gave the rugrat the cup back, he tried to drink nothing. He handed it to brother. Brother gave it back, I explained again he need to suck and tilt (with the straw cup he had learned NOT to tilt the cup it just came up) and tilted the cup up for him as he tried to drink. Nothing. I laughed told hed figure it out and walked out of kitchen to sit on the couch. He followed me and by the time he made it to the couch he was drinking. Its a hit. He used it for the rest of the day/night and again at breakfast this morning. Now lets talk about leak/drip through status. When they arrived I filled it with water (taking one reviewers advice not to over fill) I keep the liquid below where the bottom of the screwing of the lid is. I turned the thing upside down (over sink of course) and shook it like I was making a martini. NOTHING came out. I laid it on its side and let it sit like that for 10 minutes and nothing leaked. I swear I got so excited youd think I had found some money. I called his dad downstairs and was like it doesnt leak. He was skeptical took it and shook. Damme if he didnt get it to leak some. I decided that its because hes stronger than I am. So poo on him. Its not like Monkey is going to be able to shake it that hard. Im stronger than he is and it doesnt leak when I shake it so I dub it leak proof. Of course we all tried to drink from the cup ourselves and duh I feel so slow for not understanding the other reviewers descriptions. I think the tab in the middle is what kept throwing me.The coloured material under my lip lifts up when I apply the sucking and tilting to drink and the liquid pours our right there. The stopper in the middle obviously controls the flow, which is fairly light and slow. Would make an older child annoyed but for a little one who isnt used to drinking from a free standing cup no biggie at all. They break down really easy to place in the top rack of the dishwasher. And as my older son said once he doesnt need the top anymore the bottom is a perfect kid cup. Will be ordered two more of these.

> 3 dayMy son enjoys drinking from these cups. Only thing is if he drops it on the floor a little bit of liquid does splatter out. Wish they had more colors and lid options.

> 3 dayEasy to clean, durable, but not exactly leak proof. These toddlers toss them and they do leak. But, I dont know of many sippy cups that are legit leak proof. Good buy. I ordered twice

> 3 dayThese cups work great for young kids. The only problem I have with them is that they are a slight pain to clean. You have four parts to clean...including the thin rubber gasket that goes around the top. That thing is a pain to remove! (if have these cups for your kids and you are not removing and cleaning the gasket separately then you are doing your kids a disservice).

> 3 dayBeing a first time parent we went through all different types of sippy cups out of all the sippy cups we owned these are the ones that stuck. All the other sippy cups eventually started leaking under normal conditions these still hold strong without a drip. The only way anything accidentally spills out of these cups is if they are dropped and the lip hits the ground. Plus with all the consumer reports about the other sippy cups growing mold in the areas you couldnt clean around the valves, these you can actually clean every part of it, there is no hidden or impossible to reach area. So far we have 4 of these cups (Orange, Pink, Green and Blue), wish we had started out with these since it also teaches them how to drink out of a regular cup without using a straw. Highly recommend these to any parent looking for a quality sippy cup that can take a beating and still work. I purchased this item at full price and I can guarantee that the price I paid won’t affect the way I review my products, I do this because I base my purchase decisions on reviews and there is nothing worse than getting something other than what you expected based on the reviews you read, so I’ll always try to give the facts about the product first followed by my personal opinion. As far as my ratings they are as follows: 5 STARS ★★★★★ I highly recommend this product and I will be purchasing it again myself when I need another one of these as well as I tell my friends and family about it if they need a similar product. 4 STARS ★★★★☆ I recommend this product but I feel there is something that could be improved on to make it great. When I recommend this product to someone I warn them of what I feel could be improved upon but normally would purchase again unless someone points me to something better. 3 STARS ★★★☆☆ I hesitate to recommend this product as I feel it’s not the best option available. Normally this means it either lacks features or isn’t durable so generally doesn’t give you a great return on investment. Normally I’ll search for something better before I purchase this again. 2 STARS ★★☆☆☆ I don’t recommend this product. Either the product is defective (so poor quality control), doesn’t function as described or poor customer service. 1 STARS ★☆☆☆☆ I recommend staying away from this product. Usually this means I’m trying to avoid you the frustration of dealing with poor customer service for a product that is worthless in either function or quality. If you find my reviews helpful to your purchase, please up-vote.

> 3 dayThese are the best cups for toddlers!! I wish they had then when my kids were little. We bought these for our granddaughters when they came to visit. I will buy more. Easy to clean as well. Just pop the center piece out and put them in the dishwasher. Great cups!
