MyInvoices & Estimates Deluxe

I recently started a small business, sole proprietor, and a friend who does the same thing recommended this program. I still have not been able to generate an invoice with it now a month later. I simply cannot figure this out. In my defense, I am a very computer literate person, but not so much the Word, Excel type programs, so I feel sure that if I had more knowledge of those types of programs, I might be able to figure this out. But Im not willing to sit down and read the thick manual and slog through the process. I depend on myself being able to intuitively do this stuff, and this program is not intuitive. So I may end up not using it, sadly. And if it truly does what it purports to do, it should be a great tool. Oh, well. Such is life.

Bought this product as my old version of my software would not work w/ windows 10. New version is a bit more complicated, but can be figured out. just wished that there were more templates to customize from that would be using so much ink. most of the templates are the same, just would print out in different colors. mine came w/ a form for a $10.00 rebate

I have MyInvoices and Estimates Deluxe 10. I have spent 3 days trying to figure out why my invoice register shows all invoices but about 10 of them have been paid but do not show they have been paid. Also when reporting sales tax to the state and pulling up quarterly sales, about 25 of the invoices are missing since January 2014 throughout the year that I had not seen! I am now having to go through and hand calculate invoices because they were never in the quarterly breakdown at all! This is a crap program!!!! No support - no help!!!!

Great item. Installed on windows 10 without any errors. Ive been using this program for several years on another computer. Does a great job for invoices for my small business. I wouldnt recommended it if you are looking for bookkeeping functions, but does work well for sending out recurring invoices via print or email in pdf format.

If it hadnt been for the bad reviews, I would have tried this program a long time ago...I have been using an inexpensive, minimalist & somewhat glitchy invoice program for the last twenty years, and with the end of Windows 7 came my end of that software. So the trial and error began. I read review after review, on Amazon and online. I tried Quickbooks Online...they froze my account all while still charging the subscription fee...if you sign up with your mobile then you cant access certain account changes on your computer...youll also be charged more monthly just to have a field for purchase order numbers? Really?? Then I tried the free NCH Suite offered by Amazon..its only free for what, two weeks, then it wont print (that was a waste of time). It seems that every invoice company is just trying to lock customers into the lifetime monthly fee. I do my expense reports on an Excel Spreadsheet I bought several years ago, and I like to write out my checks. All I needed was a program to make invoices (with customizable fields) and lists of those on a monthly or annual basis...just something basic. Upon opening this program up, it appeared that Id be stuck with using the brightly colored templates, but after going into customize and clicking on the box fields; then the color tabs above, I changed the background to white and the field heads to a light blue color, thus low ink use. The font sizes can also be changed. I like how the list of invoices is on the left hand side and always visible. This program also allows for emailing and creating PDFs. If you need something basic that doesnt overly connect all your accounts...this is well worth a try! Sincerely

Do not get this software. I cant get the correct tax rate entered and contacted them few time but no one getting back to help me. Im hoping to get my refund.
