I had no idea you could make brush bristles out of wood, but the bristles on this brush are really nice. The bristles are nice and rounded, and feel really good on the scalp. I like that this brush was made in Germany, where environmental and labor safeguards are in place, compared to other places where most brushes are made. The wood handle is really nice. Brushing someones hair is a great way to have together time. Keep up the good work!

Its a nice brush, but I didnt notice any major benefits worth its price. It says its anti-static, but maybe that means it just doesnt cause static. Ive been trying new products lately and my hair is so staticky after a brushing so I cant blame the brush, but I wish it helped. Overall its nice and I hope its helpful in ways that i dont notice such as distributing oils, etc.

Originally had an oval brush by Tek which I bought for 35 dollars. Lost it during a trip and did not feel it was worth paying such a high price tag again. Decided I needed to look for a less expensive option. I bought the desert breeze brush 3 months ago for $24. I was happy to find that it does just as well as a Tek brush. The pins are smooth and give easily to prevent tugging on the hair, which was my main concern when buying this brush. Unlike the Tek brush this brush has a creme colored cushion which I actually ended up really liking because it stays looking cleaner than the Tek brush. With the Tek brush the black cushion accentuated every little piece of lint and dead skin cells on the brush. (This doesnt mean you shouldnt cleanse your brush often, keep your brush clean to prevent from distributing all the build up in your brush back into your hair) The attention to detail on the handle of the brush I received regarding consistent wood tones, smooth wooden finish, and engraving is not the best (and is my only reason for giving it 4 star) However, I was dissapointed to see that the price is going up as price was a big selling point for me. If the price is going up then I would expect the attention to detail to be improving as well. **Update** I used this brush for 2 years, it was my go to brush. I made the mistake of leaving the brush in the car for a whole 12 hours in Texas heat. Shortly after the cushion started to break down and crack.

After many attempts to change my shampoo and none of it making a difference, I finally got my hair to be frizz free with this brush! And my hair takes longer to get oily now than it did before. Its super shiny as well, and multiple ppl have commented on it. Very happy! I know this brush is a bit expensive compared to others out there, and Ill admit that I dont really know how this one compares to those, but it definently did amazing things for my hair in any case.

Love this brush. Been using it for quite a few months now, and its held up great. I never use it on wet hair, the brush stays nice and dry. Best wooden brush Ive had so far

Its made of wood and natural products are irregular in color, even human skin varies on the same person. Have you ever seen a tree? Theyre not just one color or tone. Yes. Its got a hole. Did you read that its pneumatic? Thats what the hole is for, its not missing a bristle. I think the brush is perfect as it is. I have other wood-bristle brushes but they have that rounded end and that pulls on hair and doesnt work as nicely. Also doesnt massage as well. The price of this brush is beyond awesome! Most of these imported brushes are very expensive. I was looking for brushes made in Germany mostly, because of their wood and they specialize in this type of brush. There used to be a brand from Germany that is no longer available. I was looking for that but came across this one. No regrets! I also bought a small Tek brush made in Italy and am still waiting for it. I cant wait to compare because those are more expensive. I may be buying more of these. Im very impressed! My hair feels amazing, and NO MORE FRIZZ! Came so fast too!

This is the most wonderful brush Ive ever owned. I have very thick hair that tends to tangle. This brush glides right through it. It also feels great on the scalp. I bought one of their boar bristle brushes as well and also love that one. I use the wood brush to detangle my hair, then give it a good brush out with the boar bristles and it looks and feels great.
