Everything you read about it says it is great for you. I don’t feel any different with it or without it. But, the “experts” say it is very good for you. I continue to take it and hope the experts are right.

Ive taken CoQ10 since before Amazon existed. Our bodies need it but when over 50 our bodies dont produce what it used to. Also, its a MUST for anyone taking lipitor since lipitor blocks the production of CoQ10

Yes, they are easy to swallow and Im not quite sure what Co Q10 is supposed to do for me, but doc says take em, so I am. These are a good deal.

Some of the pills are turning yellow and some of it already has. Bought it today and haven’t done anything to it. Is it safe to take the pills?
