Yes, they are easy to swallow and Im not quite sure what Co Q10 is supposed to do for me, but doc says take em, so I am. These are a good deal.

Taking these for my blood pressure has come up . Short of taking pills from the Doc. Ive decided to try these . For the short time Ive had these it has com down a little, so waiting to see what happens after taking the whole bottle.

I use this product because is supposed to replace what statins deplete in the body of. Does it work? I dont know. I have muscle aches and pains because Im an old man, so dont know whether it helps or not. It is also supposed to help with cardiovascular system. I have issues there as well. Does it work for that? I dont know. Im not dead yet, so maybe its doing something good.

They are known to be consistent and reliable. They are working for me and I cant argue with success.
