I have muscle aches and pains because Im an old man, so dont know whether it helps or not. It is also supposed to help with cardiovascular system. I have issues there as well. Does it work for that? I dont know. Im not dead yet, so maybe its doing something good.

> 3 dayIve been taking these for years at my neurologists direction to help reduce the frequency and severity of my migraines. It actually took a good year or so to see that effect, but within 3 months, I started to notice it was reducing the frequency and severity of my Chronic Fatigue Syndrome symptoms - a totally unexpected bonus I was thrilled with! Its a good thing, or I probably would have gotten lax on taking them and not gotten the migraine effect that started after a year or so. I dont know why it takes so long to work; I guess its a build-up-your-reserves thing? Anyway, these are always great quality, never broken or melted or anything weird like that. I always feel comfortable with the Nature Made brand as Ive never had a problem with any of their supplements.

> 3 dayOrdered October 23rd. Arrived November 1st. When they arrived, capsules are hard as a rock and mottled in color as if they may have gotten wet or extremely overheated or perhaps expired. I checked the expiration date and that is not the case. Capsules made by this company are normally pliable (not soft) and a solid slightly orange/red color. Not sure whats going on with these but they look a bit sketchy.

> 3 dayThis keeps my heart very healthy and strong. If I stop this product I definitely feel a slight difference in the way my heart is performing when I go off this vitamin for my heart.

> 3 dayMy cholesterol was through the roof and statin drugs gave me unbearable leg and foot cramping (at night). My doctor changed my prescription several times and finally gave up and took me off all statin drugs. She said that I was unable to tolerate them. Low and behold, I had to change doctors when my primary moved out of the State. My new doctor put me back on the cholesterol drugs and told me the cramping would go away if I took CoQ10. Wow, she was right! I have been taking the Crestor at night along with the CoQ10 and I have not had any cramping. I have always trusted Nature Made Vitamins. They are known to be consistent and reliable. They are working for me and I cant argue with success.

> 3 dayI was suggested by my doctor to take this because of another Rx I take. I guess it is working because I feel great and have had no reaction to the pill.

13-06-2025I like the good quality of the goods I ordered, but I dislike the policy of limiting the number or quantity of our order.

> 3 dayRigorous studies are still underway as I understand it, but I think its been effective for me. First, it helps with lower back muscle pain. Im on statins which have some negative side-effects. Second, I have not observed as many occurrences of visual migraines when Im taking CoQ10. But your results may not match my observations. Still, you may wish to try it.

Greater than one weekI am taking statin and i needed a CoQ10 to prevent muscle aches and this works great! A little pricey but worth paying to avoid the muscle aches which happens when taking statin medication.
