Easy to swallow, does what its supposed to. My Vit D level remain withih noemal limits, it had been very low before.

Before treatment for cancer, Vitamin D level was low. Was given an RX for a high dose vitamin D. After that I maintain it with 2000 units daily. Oncologist said most of his patients have low Vitamin D levels. I like the capsules better than tablets and this brand has USP approval.

This brand is recommended for over-the-counter vitamin D supplementation. I have a deficiency and this brand works well. I have already bought my second bottle. The pills are small and very easy to swallow. There is no flavor at all. I will keep using this brand.

I take a Prolia injection every 6 months from my thyroid doctor because I have Osteoporosis to protect me from fractures.

Love the product but ran into a problem. Live in the desert and we are in the heat of summer. Product was gel capsule and yes had a product failure gel capsules stuck together. Yes, one big blob in the jar. I will not buy capsules made of gel in summer again
