Great bag , mounted to a Ric-Rack frame for my street glide, room for everything on a long trip.

Love the size of this. I could carry a ton of stuff. Horace, after just one extended trip, it developed holes on the base. This is supposed to be made for HD and Indian luggage tracks but obviously doesnt work well with the HD touring one. I would never buy this again and if you expect it to last more than one season, Id look elsewhere. BTW, I was replacing my Harley bag that I used for traveling over 10 years and was only destroyed in wreck. Never had these cheap material issues. Nelson Rigg contacted me after this review and worked diligently with me to resolve the issue by replacing the bag and then some. Because their customer service rocked and they made good on their warranty, I would highly recommend this bag.

As I have a Trike, this bag will be kept in the lower trunk. This bag is massive and if filled with heavy items (e.g. denim jeans/leather jackets), I could see too much weight stressing bolts if placed on a rack. Use caution. A shoulder strap would be a nice accessory.

I used this bag on a 1600 mile round trip from VA to TN. It has an awesome attachment system that I used on my Street Glide rear fender rack. It comes with a very nice and sturdy cover that its easy to use, and works both as security (keeps the goods hidden) and keep the rain out. The cover also attaches and secures using the bag straps. Great price compared to other lesser brands.

We have used this several times. We love it. Good alternative to using a suit case for short trips or packing helmets for long ones

Edit: Added 7/26/22 Weve packed this, used it with and without it being extended, in every kind of weather. Its been yanked off a bike and thrown back on more times than I can count and we basically live out of it when we set it up in the hotel room. Still going strong and upon last inspection, not a stitch out of place, no tears or wearing. Zippers and fasteners are going strong. Weve used it for about 20k miles of riding on various trips. Money well spent. Edit: ADDED 6/1 I just wanted to add this note after having returned from 3500 mile road trip. The bag was on and off the bike every night. The rain cover was put to the test. We rode 5 hours in some pretty steady rain one day and the entire pack underneath was completely dry. I cant think of a better endorsement than to tell you that we put this bag to the test in every way and it did great. I ride a 17 CVO Street Glide and I just added the tour pack with a luggage rack. I looked at the HD brand bag which was a bit more expensive, looked great, but seemed to be less. As I looked over options and reviews, this bag seemed to be a winner. I am not disappointed. Its well designed, very rugged and when I mounted it to the luggage rack, with or without the rain cover it looks great and Im proud to put it on top of the bike. Id considered adding a popular fastening system to make it easer to attach it to the luggage rack, but as nifty as they are, I had this on and as secure as I could hope for using the included fasteners. They put them in the perfect locations and the bag includes loops to clean up the straps once its secured. It takes about 30 seconds to put it on the rack. It literally takes 5 seconds to take it off. I was surprised at the difference in the quality of the rain covers. I have an HD bag that I use on a luggage rack that I put on the bike when the tour pack is not on it. The included rain cover seemed adequate, but rain cover that Nelson Rig includes with this bag is impressive. Unusually thick and stout material, roomy enough to cover a full bag, and it integrates with the bags fastening system with built in cutouts for the straps. Even the cutouts are well done in that they open to allow the strap to pass through, but still close back up for a little extra weather protection near the opening. I feel its an insult to say For the money this is a great bag. This is just a great bag. I could have paid more for less. No reservations in recommending it to anyone considering it as an option. I had an idea it would be good quality, but it more than exceeded my expectations.

After first short trip could see wear in 2 spots on the bottom from friction. Won’t be long before they are holes. It does leak even in light rain. Way too much money for what you get.

I just received my order and I was very impressed with the amount of storage space in this bag. The outside pockets give you plenty of storage space and the design is very sturdy. We are riding to Key West Fl for a couple of days, both my wife and I will be able to pack what we need in this bag. Rain cover was included and directions to show how to mount on tour Pack.
