Bought 2 of these for our 2 Nest Floodlights. Install went without a hitch. These are very carefully designed parts; I really appreciate the thought that went into these. Cannot believe that Google/Nest didn’t think of this!

its really great quality mount, sturdy and snug fit, great solution for eave mount, I would buy more for my other flood light change out with nest google flood light.

It blows my mind that Google doesn’t have an option for this type of mount. Fortunately someone else decided to fill the gap. There was a little fit issue initially around the security screw fitting but was easy to work around once identified. Definitely recommend a dry fit test on the ground to make it easier on the ladder. Once you get it up there it looks like Google and it’s secure. Can’t ask for more! Great work!

Great design on this product and well thought out features. Thanks for bringing it to market. Makes me wanna buy a 3D printer and design needed products like this one!

Because Google thinks that floodlights are only installed on vertical walls they miss the 99% that are installed horizontally under the eaves. This 3D printed bracket takes care of that shortsighted idiocy. Works exactly like it’s supposed to. Unlike some other reviewers, I had no fit issues. This is a great hack. I would encourage you to watch Billy Chan’s YouTube video before starting.

It worked as designed. Very tight fit. Used soapy warter to get it to fit.

Whomever designed this eave mount God Bless you and your family. If anyone is hesitant or has doubts about ordering the eave mount doubt no more. Place it in your cart and checkout immediately. The mount fits perfectly and snug around the body of the floodlight camera. In addition one the camera body is pushed firmly towards the rear of the mount and a little elbow grease is used to twist to lock in place the camera is very secure. I had no issues utilizing the supplied camera screw to secure the camera to the mount. I went a step further to add a circular fan box to provide the additional room for the wiring to be stored. These cameras are going on a utility pole so I ordered the security camera mount as well. The nest floodlight camera was purchased from best buy online refurbished area for $179. So with adding the additional pieces its still less then what I would have paid for full price of the camera alone. Sir or Madame your genius and I look forward to purchasing a few more. Only thing is I tried to put three in my cart at once but wouldnt allow me to so had to order them separately. However they all arrived in one package and on time as expected. Thank you!!!!

Great product, you could make it even better if you test on different kind of cases. I had to loosen front screws because is slightly too short. Much easier is in the corners but 1/4 inch is kind of missing to secure it properly to the base.
