Easy to set up, lots of ports. I have not had to use tech support

the switch is good, able to do what it advertises, up to send and receive 1-gigabit speed. The only set back from this product is the interface. For some reason, it is way to hard for me to get in the WebUI to change the configurations. And the app on the phone is so confusing to use,

Have been using it for about 2 weeks now and this is just brilliant. Doesnt heat up much. Have been using all the 7 ports and most of the ports and always on use. There is no compromise in speed. This switch is a winner.

I have two of these. I ran Ethernet in my house to fix having to deal with backhaul for my WiFi network and while the nodes I have offer 3 ports this is woefully short in my office and near the entertainment center for the multiple devices I have.
