Great value for the price. Steady and reliable performance in an unmanaged switch. Though I couldnt tell from the product listing, there is a mechanism for being able to tell if you have 10, 100, or 1000 speed cables attached. I would definitely buy again.

I would like to say that this is a good deal but I purchased 4 and 3 have quit working. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!

I used this switch in our entertainment unit to extend the one hard-wired Ethernet service to all the different components (TV, Phone Co. STB, DVD and Apple TV). I have had no issues after several months and the throughput is as advertised one GB/S

This is an excellent switch. My previous 5-port switch was full, and some ports didnt support devices I had tried using with it. With two different port groupings, this switch handled all of my requirements immediately upon plugging it in!

I have had this 8 port unmanaged switch for over a month. There is nothing to setting it up. Plugged my Ethernet lines into it, supplied power, and everything worked. No muss, no fuss. If this changes, Ill let you know.

inexpensive quality switch to keep your home working smoothly. i found the lights confusing so, when you see the connection light, its a gig. great value.
