Very sturdy. Comes pre-assembled. Quite heavy, which probably adds to its durability. I actually use it as a step stool sometimes as it can hold up to more than I weigh. Helpful for my elderly cat. Had to put catnip on the steps at first to get her to use it.

We have an older kitty that cant jump or run very well and he took right to these steps. I sat him at the top at the window and he sat there for a long time then turned around and walked right down them. They are very nice and i love the dark brown and tan. Very well made and they sit right at the bottom of our window. I liked them so well I have ordered another and may get a few more over time. thank you! I think it is a great product and looking forward to getting another one.

Got this for our little dog that always wants to sit on the couch, but cant get up without human help. She took to it right away (we have a very similar one she uses to get on the bed). Works great to give her some independence as well

My Persians love these; they sleep on them, sharpen their claws, etc. Sturdy and work great.: climb off and on bed etc. with great ease. The packaging was not good; the flimsy box was torn to tatters; please wrap the stairs in bubble wrap and use a sturdier box. Otherwise, very happy with the purchase.

No assembly required. Very sturdy, well built steps. They dont move or slide at all on my wood floor when my dogs use it. I have a miniature, long haired dachshund that mainly uses it (hes about 11lbs) but I have an ageing Boston Terrier/Beagle mix (~18 lbs, I call her Phatty McPhatty), that is using it more and more (she normally jumps up and down but Im trying to get her to use the stairs). I think others have said it but the only improvement I could see making would be to make the steps deeper/stick out farther, the dogs seem to have to pay more attention to the steps. I previously had these flimsy, plastic steps, that I used for years. They worked but constantly had problems with them sliding on the floor (I put anti-skid things under them but then my dachshund would think they were toys so Id find them all over the house). So overall, a much better product.

The dogs took to using the stairs the second I unboxed them. Only minor gripe is the legs are a little rough and possibly splinter prone, but hand sanding will only take a few moments to smooth them out. All-in-all a good purchase.

This is an excellent aid for my elderly cat. She can now get up and down from the couch without jumping. She has short legs, the stair spacing is just right. She figured out how to go up and down them quickly. Very well made and sturdy. The carpet covering is plush.

Great price for the product! We had purchased a set like this years ago and Meijer, and havent seen a set since. We purchased these for our 12 year old cat, and he loves them. This is definitely hand made, and hence does have some imperfections. Some splintering on the wood that I had to sand and remove, and the carpet in a few spots did not adhere totally, but thats an easy fix with some hot glue. If the quality control were just a HAIR better, I would have given this 5 stars. It does come full assembled, and as of this writing, prime!

I have a super chunk mc chunken chunks. She is very tired of how rude I am and the audacity I had to buy a tall bed. She struggles to pull her chunk up and down and the fact she already lost one back paw in the war makes it even more of a struggle. This set of stairs has saved her more time to get to the things she loves doing with much more efficiency as in...run up them and over my groin, so I yell, or another favorite run up and then put her starfish on my or my wifes head and face (she doesnt discriminate). Thanks to these lovely stairs she does these things quickly and painlessly now. Thank you!

My elderly cat loved these steps and used them immediately even though she does not have any similar scratching posts. Very sturdy and quality materials.
