This has a great heat level and is super soft. The cats love it.

You know what the cutest thing is? Plugging up this pad, placing it on the floor, and being happily surprised when your fur baby discovers it’s warm and settles in for a nap. They love it! I felt the top of it with my bare hands but didn’t feel anything. My fiancé actually laid on it on the floor and said he could feel the warmth. My kitties take turns—forget both of them laying together. They can fit, but they are a little uppity. It is a soft tan, plush-like cover. I have had it a short time so I have not washed it, yet. It has an easy handheld control that is automatically set at a low temperature on the 3rd setting. You can raise or lower the heat. I raise it to 4 and set the timer for 12 hours. You can leave it on or set it up to 24 hours. It’s an easy, one piece item to make your furry ones happy.

My old cat really only uses the toys/blankets/beds from when she was a kitten, and therefore it’s always a risk buying something new for her. But she has a new favorite thing, and it’s that heated mat! It’s great because we were all thinking she’s getting old and her little legs aren’t what they used to be, now she can sleep soundly all day without us having to tu on the fireplace (which makes it far too hot in the house). As for temperature, it doesn’t get too hot like a regular heating pad would. Really great buy!

Update: this has stopped working after just 4 months. Although I’m disappointed, I was able to get a replacement from the company. Unfortunately I was not able to do it through Amazon, I had to go to their website. But the end result is the same and I’m glad I was able to get it replaced. The pad has a 1-year warranty and the process was easy, just an email with my order info. The cs rep was nice and I got the replacement very quickly (1-2 days.) I have 6 cats and every one of them loves this. They take turns laying on it while looking out the window. It doesn’t get too hot. I keep it on most of the day (I check it once a day.) The cover is soft and easy to clean, just throw it in the wash—I washed it on normal cycle, cool temp. A winner in my multi cat house! I plan on getting another.

My cat is a little on the older side and not as sory as she used to be. She spends part of every day on the heating pad, snoozing happily. Its warm, never hot, so I dont worry about her being burned.

These are my favorite pet warming pads. I house multiple neighborhood strays and these warmers are super convenient. I have 2 so far. But these are my favorite because of the timers. In the evenings, I come home from work and feed the cats and set the timers for the most heat, for 24 hours, then depending on the weather I can do it again the next night. Temps have 5 or 6 different options, and heat timers have settings from 2 to 24 hours. Love these!
