> 3 dayI bought this to use in our outdoor cat hut. It is nice. The cats keep warm and snuggly in the frigid weather. I feel better knowing they are comfortable.

> 3 dayMy cat spends the day sleeping on it, so it is doing its purpose

> 3 dayIt’s soft, warm, and has plenty of room for my chihuahua. I wanted a heating pad that I felt was safe to leave on all day while we weren’t home. However, I really wish there was a power switch on the cord itself. Having to plug/unplug every night and morning really sucks. Otherwise it works great.

> 3 dayGot this as a comfort for my 18 year old cat who is struggling with the cooler months in New England. It provides a nice passive warmth and he loves it! I was a little concerned with it being on constantly but the build quality seems very solid and the temp constant. Although it’s not UL listed, it is listed with the European agency that performs equivalent safety assessments. I actually went so far as to contact them to verify the certification matched the product and it all checked out. Very happy with the product.

> 3 dayI was concerned that the pad would be too hot, since there are no adjustments for temperature, however, both me and my bunnies love this pad. Its got a well constructed cover and the cord is plastic covered metal. My bunnies, as tenacious as they are, they have managed to chew through the plastic cover of the metal cable, but they are certainly not getting through the metal. I have left this plugged in for a month, and there have been no issues. My rabbits are rather small and one of them enjoys the mat and the other uses it rarely, but I also enjoy sitting near it, it is a comfortable, warm temperature.

> 3 dayWhen I got it, I noticed that the mat was pretty thin. I thought that it was fine, since I read that many other reviewers put blankets over it, since it would get pretty hot. However, the mat I received BARELY got warm, even on the highest setting. It also smelled slightly when I first opened it, so I would recommend airing it out at first. Maybe in a cooler environment, my cats would have used it. But my cats were more interested in the box and plastic it came in.

> 3 dayMy kitty is getting older and my house is drafty. She was resting on laptops and cable boxes to get warm. I tried regular heating pads for humans, but they certainly arent designed for pets. I worried they would be too warm for a kitty. I love this Pet Heating Pad and so does she! The product description is right... it wont feel really hot to your touch on the surface, but feel underneath it! It gets really warm. Thats how nice it feels under your pet. I left it on 24/7 for the first week until she understood what it was. Now I may need to leave it on 24/7 because she is always on it! I bought a second to keep in another room for her. The controls are nice and you have a variety of timer options to choose from or it can remain on continuously. The cord is really sturdy and a nice length. I am really pleased!
