When I ordered this the first time I never received it, had to make a claim for them to try to send me a replacement one and I did receive the 2nd one finely and hooked it up and it works fine. Very nice unit. Would definitely buy again if needed.

Arrived quickly and was exactly like the one that came in the box with the security system purchased from the store.

Ive got to say, Im disappointed with this purchase. My original power cord went out and I bought this as a replacement, but it went out in less than 7 months. Pretty ridiculous that these dont even last 1 year.
